Where are people getting these isolated tracks? Rick Beato seems to have access to every song he discusses. I'd Google it, but that would be too easy and I don't want to get eaten by the dark web. Also, this is awesome, of course, but very simple for the band. I think isolated drums from Best of You would melt our brains.
The Best of You drum track is already on TH-cam. I don't know what sources Rick or other people have but I don't know of any goldmines. If you Google the song along with keywords like remix stems or multitrack, you'll stumble across them eventually. There are tons of songs I've never been able to find. I think they have to be leaked by someone or included in a rock band game for example. I know that's where most of green day's tracks come from.
