GF Experience = All the hassle and expense of a girlfriend so you can live in some make believe fantasy world for a few weeks. The sooner you realize the transactional nature of them the better off you will be emotionally and financially. I am not saying disrespect them or treat them poorly, just realize their true nature and the game you are playing. Your experience there will be much more enjoyable and affordable.

The prices are going up very fast, but in the.Pratumnak area there are many more values still available. The trade-off is being further from the beach for one and limited shopping in Pratumnak. Still, I would think you could find a great unit for half the price of my area.
Do you offer consulting for recommendations on places to live in Pattaya? Paid consulting of course lol. I'm hoping to find a month to month small apartment where I can rent one month at a time. I'm gonna be in Thailand from June 1st until possibly November 1st. Hoping to spend most of my time in Pattaya with a few short trips to Phuket, Chiang Mai, etc.
