COCA DE LLAVANERES 👌It Couldn't Be Easier ❤️ Typical Catalan Puff Pastry and Cream Sweet

Coca de Llavaneres is one of the recipes that succeed wherever they go. A very easy typical Catalan sweet with a combination of ingredients that can't go wrong: puff pastry, pastry cream and almonds.
🥕 Ingredients (for 2 cakes):
For the pastry cream:
-500 ml of milk
-3 egg yolks
-Skin of a lemon
-1 stick of cinnamon
-100 gr. of sugar
-35 gr. of corn flour.
For the coke:
-2 sheets of puff pastry
-30 gr. ground almonds (or to taste)
-30 gr. sugar (or to taste)
-3 egg whites whipped until stiff
-1 pinch of salt
-30 gr. almonds cut into sticks or pine nuts
