I have been super impressed with XG's releases. Extremely talented young ladies with incredible versatility. I love Left, Right & Shooting Star, def worth the listen. Their mvs are so interesting & such high-quality. They're honestly one of the only girl groups I've been able to get into, thanks to their all-rounder presence & potential. Rooting for XG!! 🙌🏻
So XG's concept is that they are Alien's from another planet. And the fandom is called ALPHAZ(hence the wolf concept). So the lyrics should make more sense if you understand that concept. XGALX is the label name "mother ship". They were sorta ostracized in KPOP. So this track is kinda saying we are here and we didn't come to play so don't mess with us. At least that's my take.

The pitch is XG is coming to break all mindless stereotype idols. The man at the beginning is Simon, their founder. He's awaiting their arrival. Their ongoing theme is a mutant, alien wolf pack, hence the wolf references. The football reference at the beginning is to show how important team is to them. XG strives to be a Global Girl group deemed as X-Pop. Please remember, these 7 talented ladies went through 5 years of training under Simon from 2017 to 2022. They were also in competition with a dozen others and had to make adult decisions at times. They shed a lot of blood, sweat and tears. They are so much stronger than most.

These girls were suppose to debut in early 2020 but the pandemic obviously changed that. So they trained and trained and trained for at least 3 years before debuting. The youngest, Cocona and Maya, were 11 when they first auditioned for XG.
5 years training, 2017 to 2022. In Japan and Korean, then based out of Korea for debut preparations.

Those are wolves costumes, not some Chinese warrior suit. Also, XG is Japanese.
They are based on Samurai/Shogun armor, but in fur instead of leather.
The outfits are really a clever kludge of Wolves and Samurai Warrior protective armor outfits.
