I'm just starting my 'learning journey' in one of these, a Piper Warrior after a hiatus of 30 years or so. If I can ever fly even remotely as well as you, I will consider it my life's greatest achievement.
Got introduced to your channel from a discord server and I enjoy most of your work man !! I'm expecting to come in CA within a month or more in MB region , I'm continuing my flying I have few hrs in my home country just didn't work out well here so .. I'm looking forward to fly on PA-28 and your flying gives a good insight to what to expect .. just wanted to ask why full flaps around a 100feet or say close to touchdown and not before ?
Hey! Glad to have you here! For your flight test you should be all set for landing from higher… flaps aren’t mandatory for normal flights, you can even land without it. No set rule there.

Just out of curiosity, why didn't you turn on carburetor heat when you reduced power?
PA-28 checklist doesn’t use carb heat for landings in normal conditions

I can only talk about the one I'm at... I can't recommend schools I don't personally know.
