This was great i want to know about the current situation of Canada because I’m applying for my visa next month because alot of student visas are not getting approved Besides once we build the hours can we work in a canadian airline as an indian? Also can we apply for visa after becoming an instructor I took admission in winnipeg aviation If I can have an insight about that part of Canada would be great🍓

Could you advise on how far the college is from Vancouver and whether it is a feasible option for students? Where a student attending Canadian Aviation College should find his/her accomodation. I am finding it harder to understand the geographical layout of the college and wonder if any bus services are available for this location
Hey there, if you have a look at the map, there are no schools in Vancouver city itself, all the airports are in the surrounding cities, and they are all part of the Vancouver Metropolitan area. I think living closer to the school can be better and more efficient, and you can visit Vancouver if you want to, but you can find everything you need in the other cities. Canadian Aviation College is in Pitt Meadows, you can live there, Coquitlam, Surrey, whatever you choose.

Also , I am thinking to choose a room somewhere in Downtown Vancouver (since i am 18 year old girl it feel more safer in downtown Vancouver) how long will it take me from Downtown Vancouver to reach the college??
I don’t personally know them, I’ve heard it can get very busy at times, with some students being put on wait lists. But you should always confirm that with one of their students to be sure.

CAC is Very expensive as compared to many flight school in Canada
Also very easy to book my flights as compared to on many schools 😂 it can be tricky I guess

How much did you spend on your CPL + instructor course? Could you please share the almost exact figures
97 for ppl cpl multi ifr and instructor rating, not sure how much it costs now
Did you get any refusal for your student permit? Or first time approved?

do u need PSTAR and radio exam before advancing to ppl?
You need those things before flying solo, they are a requirement for you to get your student pilot permit
