this works very good. it is rusted out down under the eyes. so it is making the eyes unlevel. we cannot find parts for it. I dont think that this part can be replaced. I wish it could because it does work very well. its a shame

We always used tea towels to put the milk through to get impurities out. After the milk gets cold the cream rises to the top. Get enough cream and you can churn butter. I'm drooling over that bread pudding, or cold bread pudding' as we called it with both cinnamon and nutmeg. Also custard pies. You've took me back to my paternal Granny's kitchen. Thank you so much!

My mom used to make a pineapple bread pudding with a pineapple sauce. Yummy yummy! She made all kinds. My son now makes bread pudding. He loved his little granny’s.

the lemon sauce that I made with brown sugar was the bomb. maw used white sugar, but the brown ws so good. I will make it this way again. when you take a bit of it, it just reminded me of something in a rich restraunt where they give a small piece and dribble a little sauce over the top. I hope you will try it

I cant leave there with wet cloths on. they only have the pools and maybe the gym.I love the hot tub and the steem rooms. they arent open, and I dont think that the dressing rooms and the showers are open yet

Just subscribed. Both my Grandmother and Mom made bread pudding usually during the winter months. My Dad always for some reason ate his with alittle milk poured on it in a cereal type bowl. I myself didn't like it, but bread pudding made this way I am definely going to try bet I would like this one. I too need a new stove the only way I can lite the two burners that works on it is with a match. But, on a fixed monthly income I have a list of things I need money for right now!!

My mom graduated in 1960 and she bought a good set of stainless steel pans called Renoware on a payment plan for her "Hope" chest and I still have them, most of the handles are missing but those pans never tried out when you were baking something. I am so excited., it matches my fridge. my fridge is stainless the stove is stainless and black and the microwave is black. I am happy with it. I guess sometimes it takes gegging one piece at a time.

Sounds good! I am glad to give you memories. What in the world would we do without them. I remember both great grandmothers but only one great grandfather. On one side I hae a couple of memories, but not cooking. I remember them both on the front porch. both of them having tobacco in their mouths. and both of them looking like old timmers with that stuff down their mouth. and when they would spit. it was gross. But great grandpa passed away and I remember a lot about great grandma. She stayed in the house with us for a good bit. she was so mean. she would acuse us of taking her money. she carried a purse with and she even took it to the bachroom with her. she would sleep on top of it. my mom took her to the bank to get her an account. so she was taken to the bank each month to cash her check and to deposite her money. she would still accuse us of stealing her money. Then she pulled a knife on one of my sisters, and my dad said she had to go. so she went to stay with my grandma. her daughter. she went after my grandma with a knife. grandma made her go stay wih her granddaughter. she had been around her a lot. Cathy made her be have her self. Cathy is my moms cousin. Greatgrandma had been around her a lot because they had lived together for a long time when cathy was growing up. We was glad and so was grandma. well I have talked yur head off. thanks for watching.

try mine. I had most everything at home. I did have to get a thing of those rolls. Kroger had them reduces them to $1.49. everything else I had here. the lemon sauce with the brown sugar was so good. I like vanilla too. The lemon one has my heart strings now.
Woo hoo! Yah! Been waiting for this. The reason wanted your recipe is because I saw so many that had big differences like water baths etc that made it off putting to try. I figured it could not be that difficult! There was a restaurant I absolutley loved that had a vanilla caramel sauce... Just wanted a good old fasioned and simple dessert. I have made Bread Pudding forever. I now use Paula Deens recipe , using glazed doughnuts and sweetened condensed milk. The best Bread Pudding ever . I love to watch you cook and talk. 👍

I'm going to make this bread pudding as soon as I can. My oven died about 6 months ago so I had to get a new stove because they didn't make parts for my old one anymore. I was limited at the brands I could buy at Lowes and Home Depot because of COVID. I hope that has changed by now and you can get the brand you want. Good luck and I love your videos!
thank you Chris. We are able to get them at our lowes. I have one picked out already that matches my new fridge. They had a couple that was 400 or so. I dont think that it will go any cheaper than that. the stimulus is going to help a lot of people. its bad to be without an oven too. this stove works good. it is just so rusted out around the eyes and down under the eyes. the plug that the eye goes in has came loose now. I am getting afraid to use it. i am going to buy some tv dinners for the microwave and cook them for a few days. I think that we are getting it real soon. well at least I hope so

Husband and I went to Home Depot Bought an electric glass top Samsung on sale from $800.00 for $500.00. I love it. So easy to keep clean. It has all the bells and whistles. Watch for sales at HD. Women who cook and bake need a good stove David. I got a feeling this will be your year
These people did the sale thing at Home Depot, I keep looking at the Gas Frigidaire stove (they do make electric also) the stove has an air fryer in it so you don’t need another appliance in the kitchen. Anyway they put that Frigidaire display stove on sale in October or November. I didn’t see any of the display stoves at my Home Depot on sale last time I went. Brenda you could just call the stores and see if they are running any sales on the kind of stove you want and go from there. Good Luck😊😁

David is always talking about ants, so one day I seen it at goodwill and it waas brand new. So I got it and took it home and washed it. I like the yellow. I am going to look for an orange and maybe a purple and green, and blue. I have a lot of red ones. I love them all though.

the lemon sauce that I made with brown sugar was the bomb. maw used white sugar, but the brown ws so good. I will make it this way again. when you take a bit of it, it just reminded me of something in a rich restraunt where they give a small piece and dribble a little sauce over the top. I hope you will try it
Just how I’d have fixed it. A bit of milk with cinnamon and nutmeg in it, then pour over custard. Good decision!

Thanks so . I wish I was able to work out. Ra has a hold on me. I tr but cant do but a small amount. a real small amount. I am hopin to go back to the ymca once the whole is opened back up. I cant leave there with wet cloths on. they only have the pools and maybe the gym.I love the hot tub and the steem rooms. they arent open, and I dont think that the dressing rooms and the showers are open yet

Just subscribed. Both my Grandmother and Mom made bread pudding usually during the winter months. My Dad always for some reason ate his with alittle milk poured on it in a cereal type bowl. I myself didn't like it, but bread pudding made this way I am definely going to try bet I would like this one.
I too need a new stove the only way I can lite the two burners that works on it is with a match. But, on a fixed monthly income I have a list of things I need money for right now!!

I didnt have enough biscutes so I did buy a pack of kizer rolls for a reduced price of 1.49. its a very good desert. David get your sweetie a new stove with her You Tube money...lol..I love bread pudding I remember it well growing up that and Rice pudding too. My mom graduated in 1960 and she bought a good set of stainless steel pans called Renoware on a payment plan for her "Hope" chest and I still have them, most of the handles are missing but those pans never tried out when you were baking something. Just write your PO box address in the description box and tell everyone at the end of the video it's in there.

Can't wait! lol he is my king now. well, I will let him think that he is for a while. we have picked it out and he has checked it out. now I told him to let them deliver it. but he wants to go get it. we are only a couple miles away from where we are getting it. I am so excited., it matches my fridge. my fridge is stainless the stove is stainless and black and the microwave is black. I am happy with it. I guess sometimes it takes gegging one piece at a time.

All of my Grandparents, and both of my parents have passed, but I have such good memories of cooking with my Grandma. Watching you cook brings back lots of sweet memories. Sounds good! I am glad to give you memories. What in the world would we do without them. I remember both great grandmothers but only one great grandfather. On one side I hae a couple of memories, but not cooking. I remember them both on the front porch. both of them having tobacco in their mouths. and both of them looking like old timmers with that stuff down their mouth. and when they would spit. it was gross. But great grandpa passed away and I remember a lot about great grandma. She stayed in the house with us for a good bit. she was so mean. she would acuse us of taking her money. she carried a purse with and she even took it to the bachroom with her. she would sleep on top of it. my mom took her to the bank to get her an account. so she was taken to the bank each month to cash her check and to deposite her money. she would still accuse us of stealing her money. Then she pulled a knife on one of my sisters, and my dad said she had to go. so she went to stay with my grandma. her daughter. she went after my grandma with a knife. grandma made her go stay wih her granddaughter. she had been around her a lot. Cathy made her be have her self. Cathy is my moms cousin. Greatgrandma had been around her a lot because they had lived together for a long time when cathy was growing up. We was glad and so was grandma. well I have talked yur head off. thanks for watching.

Woo hoo! Yah! Been waiting for this. The reason wanted your recipe is because I saw so many that had big differences like water baths etc that made it off putting to try. I figured it could not be that difficult! There was a restaurant I absolutley loved that had a vanilla caramel sauce... Just wanted a good old fasioned and simple dessert. I have made Bread Pudding forever. I now use Paula Deens recipe , using glazed doughnuts and sweetened condensed milk. The best Bread Pudding ever . I love to watch you cook and talk. 👍
Ps . I make a bourbon ( real bourbon) sauce for my Pudding . No cinnamon, I use nutmeg.

I'm going to make this bread pudding as soon as I can. My oven died about 6 months ago so I had to get a new stove because they didn't make parts for my old one anymore. I was limited at the brands I could buy at Lowes and Home Depot because of COVID. I hope that has changed by now and you can get the brand you want. Good luck and I love your videos!
thank you Chris. We are able to get them at our lowes. I have one picked out already that matches my new fridge. They had a couple that was 400 or so. I dont think that it will go any cheaper than that. the stimulus is going to help a lot of people. its bad to be without an oven too. this stove works good. it is just so rusted out around the eyes and down under the eyes. the plug that the eye goes in has came loose now. I am getting afraid to use it. i am going to buy some tv dinners for the microwave and cook them for a few days. I think that we are getting it real soon. well at least I hope so

I remember back in 2019 you were complaining about your stove, holidays were approaching and my stove died, we were in same situation, needing a new one.
Husband and I went to Home Depot
Bought an electric glass top Samsung on sale from $800.00 for $500.00. I love it. So easy to keep clean.
It has all the bells and whistles.
Watch for sales at HD.

These people did the sale thing at Home Depot, I keep looking at the Gas Frigidaire stove (they do make electric also) the stove has an air fryer in it so you don’t need another appliance in the kitchen. Anyway they put that Frigidaire display stove on sale in October or November. I didn’t see any of the display stoves at my Home Depot on sale last time I went. Brenda you could just call the stores and see if they are running any sales on the kind of stove you want and go from there. Good Luck😊😁

I am going t go there. I love the garden center and flooring, everything to remodel. We are going to finish our master bed and bath. its halfway there. Sadies dad was helping and he broke his let in 3 places. I hope that he will be all healed up real soon
