These Diaphragm Valves are available in sizes 15mm to 50mm with the socket & threaded joint:
65mm, 80mm, 100mm, and 150mm, with a flanged joint. The larger valves are ideal for applications requiring flanged ends.
The material used is PVC with EPDM seals, ensuring excellent performance in various environments.
The Industrial Diaphragm Valve includes a built-in position indicator and a polypropylene handwheel, enhancing user control and operational efficiency.
Its lightweight design, due to its PVC construction and EPDM seals and buttress threads on the union nuts, adding to its robust design and facilitating straightforward installation and maintenance.
The pressure rating for these valves vary by size, with smaller sizes rated at 235 PSI, mid-sizes at 150 PSI, 150mm at 100PSI and the 200mm is rated at 100 PSI.
These pressure ratings have been given at 23°C.
They operate efficiently within a temperature range of 4°C to 40°C, with a maximum temperature limit of 60°C for short-term use. 'As temperatures increase, pressure capabilities need to be de-rated.'
