Joseph and Jacob are probably two of my favorite video game villains ever. Jospeh because he is the ring leader of everything and because of his presence in New Dawn and Jacob because his “kidnapped missions” seem like they did the most damage to the the deputy out of all of them. I also like how Greg Bryk looks EXACTLY like Joseph Seed.

In addition to the great voice performances from all involved, I have to say that Far Cry 5 had, in my opinion, the best-conceived soundtrack in a game ever.
The story is so underrated. There are so many great and complex characters in this game, like Grace, Faith, John, Tammy, Tracy, Mary May, Pratt, Jess and Dutch. And even the ones that aren't quite as complex are still either really respectable or total badasses, like Jerrome, Whitehorse, Eli, Burke and Hudson
The best that Ubisoft could even make so good backstories to all those characters.. that's how good they're.. but sad that they don't do it to every game
This is like watching an "in memoriam" video of all the people who died in Farcry 5 after the nuclear fallout. That melancholic music in the background just helped more with that idea. As the video progresses, I remembered all the things that I experienced with those characters that are dead now.
This is why I fucking hate the ending of Far Cry 5. "Hey! Here's this cast of very likeable and memorable characters that you become attached to and want to fight for! Oops, now they're dead because of three nukes that fell in a strategically insignificant small county in the middle of nowhere that Joseph SOMEHOW managed to predict! Lol, you should've walked away and let the cult buttfuck everyone in Hope County instead of trying to help and enforce the law like a decent human being. Despite the fact there was no indication the nukes wouldn't have fallen anyway if you didn't intervene. Oh, and wait til' you see what we did to your precious deputy in New Dawn!" Personally, I like to pretend that the whole nuke thing is just a bliss hallucination and the deputy actually managed to arrest Joseph.

It wasn’t until the mission to kill Jacob that I realized he was voiced by Lucifer. The way he was talking and the things he was saying just sounded so much like him. Was pretty shocked when I looked it up and it was actually him. Made me love it so much more.

The fact that he's playing a guy in a "godly" game is pretty funny when you know he's the most torturer and therefore, "evil", knowing he literally played Lucifer. THIS CANNOT BE JUST A COINCIDENCE! Especially that at one point, Jacob mentions that he is not sure that the "father speaks to God" while Luci also doubted the creations/deeds of his father (god).
To be honest, I prefer playing Far Cry 5 rather than Far Cry 6, I've played this game multiple times & the story, characters and endgame it's built is worth experiencing all over again. Joseph Seed has a more better, compelling motivation to succeed than Anton Castillo, and it's rare to see the villain win in the end.
Fun Fact: Tasya Teles (Mary May) and John Tench (Dutch) also voice Sitara (Tasya) and T-Bone (John) in Watch Dogs 2, Another Ubisoft game. Also, one of the peggies voice actors is the same one that voice one of the cops in Watch Dogs 2.

I love how that the characters in someway look at least a little bit like their voice actor. Mark Pallegrino has the same facial structure as Jacob, while Greg Byrk/bryk looks like a spitting image of Joseph. And I absolutely love the animators (is that what they're called) for doing that

I love how that the characters in someway look at least a little bit like their voice actor. Mark Pallegrino has the same facial structure as Jacob, while Greg Byrk/bryk looks like a spitting image of Joseph. And I absolutely love the animators (is that what they're called) for doing that
