FAR CRY 5:
The first Far Cry game which appeared in 2004 was a huge leap forward for the FPS genre. A beautiful product with breathtaking graphics which look great even today. Since then, every single Far Cry game was a synonym of realistic graphics. Far Cry 5 is going to take you for a trip to Hope County, Montana. An idyllic paradise-like place, currently controlled by "freedom-loving people" cult, lead by charismatic leader Joseph Seed. Will you be able to defeat this villain or maybe, with his sweet talk, he will turn you into another brainwashed cult member?
Explore a huge open world
Far Cry 5 takes place in Hope County, Montana. The whole county is open for you. Where you go and what places you visit is up to you. Ubisoft decided to remove towers and mini-map from Far Cry 5. Thanks to this, you will be fully immersed in this beautiful and rich environment. Use your trapper skills to find your way. Just like in previous games you can tame wild animals to use them in the battle. There are many different quests and activities which you can do in Hope County. Are you going to fully grasp its richness or just follow the main storyline? It is up to you.
Beautiful, realistic graphics
Far Cry 5 (PC) just like its predecessors is going to take your breath away with a modified version of CryEngine. You will not be able to tell the difference between the real world and the graphics presented in this game. Hope County in Far Cry 5 looks like a real state in modern Montana. A rural county with huge farms, clean lakes and forests, where you would love to spend your holiday. But you have a job to do. Don't forget about it and take Joseph Seed into custody.
Choose from a huge variety of different vehicles
Hope County in which the story of Far Cry 5 takes place is huge. You cannot explore it on your feet. This is why you will be able to use various vehicles. This time not only cars, motorcycles or boats are at your disposal. This time you can also travel with an air plane. Hope you are not afraid of heights.

played over 429 hours worth of this game and the more I played the more I actually started to see all the efforts and great creativity. one of my favourite games

I've enjoyed every Far Cry but 5 will always stick out as one of the best. From the landscape, to the story, to the plain evil characters and the satisfying gameplay.
I adored 4, but wanted more development and interaction with the antagonists. 5 did not disappoint.
Thought provoking story (especially in the current Covid19 situation), superb character/voice talent, along with the excellent Far Cry gameplay.
Setting the bar high for the next Far Cry game.

My friend still doesn’t take the roads
The whole game was a joy. The environment was amazing to walk around and take in, the characters were memorable and likable/hateable, and the sound track was an absolute homerun. It was truly an immersive experience. At times I wasn't aware I was sitting at my desk, I was THAT immersed in the game.
This is the far cry game that I’ve played the most, and every single time I have as much fun as the last time I play; amazing game and definitely the best in the series
Yeah the 5th was my favorite, I have to admit. I've played most of them, but this one hit gold for me for many reasons. I just wish you had the option to play a cult storyline and I wish you could get tattoos as part of character customization.

Got the platinum trophy for far cry 5 and new dawn and I got to say I love both games a lot
It's definitely different to play a game that takes place in a state you live in.
FarCry changed a lot over the years, i still remember not being a fan of the very first FarCry game when it came out, it wasnt until i gave 4 a try that i became a fan of the series. I own 3 4 5 Primal and New Dawn

@@tushartyagi1762 I love FC2. The atmosphere. Not being able to track enemies, weapons jamming, real-time map viewing and having Malaria, all made for maximum immersion.
Some wildlife would've been nice, and the amount of driving to-and-fro was frustrating, but I still replay this game prob once a year.

Nobody ever talks about the realistic gunplay and accurate ballistic performance that is featured in Far Cry 5. In my opinion, this is truly what makes this game the absolute best first-person shooter ever made. The Ubisoft development team captured the mechanics of shooting (such as muzzle velocity; leade angle; bullet lag; recoil energy; and, optics) better than any other FPS I’ve ever played. The only thing they didn’t add-in was wind deflection and bullet coefficient, and rightfully so, because that would make the game too difficult and not as enjoyable, even for die-hard gun enthusiasts. Kudos to Ubisoft for making a quintessential FPS in Far Cry 5 that will always stand the test of time!
I love how Journey Into Madness from Far Cry 3 is playing in the background. What an amazing song, a masterpiece!

People have their favorites, but Far Cry 5 has become one of my favorite games ever. And by far my favorite Far Cry. I love the world, the story, the villains, the game loop, the humor and the characters. Just incredible!
I was unsure when I first got this game, but I’ve replayed it a lot and just enjoyed exploring the world.
They really nailed rural America beautifully. I wish I could thank the devs in person.
The DLC was a bold choice in each, but I honestly didn’t think much of the mars or zombies one. The Vietnam one though, that one was stellar and I love it
What astonishes me about Far Cry 5 isn’t the landscape. It’s the people. The animation on them is unbelievably good. They even put imperfections in the skin.
One of the few Ubi games where you could tell the developers had some amount of passion for the project.
Holy crap, I didn't even realize it until they pointed it out but yeah, when I play Far Cry 5, I stick to the roads WAY more than when I've played other Far Cry games. I'll even find myself slowing down or pulling over just to watch something in the distance or admire the view. DAMN they did such an amazing job with this game, and I really do think that the reason it resonates so much with so many people is that for a lot of us, especially those who live in/near the Rocky Mountains, we've seen Hope County before. We know it because it's in our backyards. It's our home.
I wish I could play Far Cry 5 over for the first time again. I’ve spent over a hundred hours on the game just being immersed and would love to feel that fist time playing all over again

I'm more of a PC Gamer and I usually play modern day realistic games, but this hit gold. I play it all the time, and it seems to never get boring. It's the one game I'll play on console all day, and have a blast. Yall really did hit gold on this.

I like all of them you guys did a really good job all of your work is a masterpiece very addictive games I love dropping down out off of a parachute and plunging a knife in the enemy I myself I don't mean to brag but I'm a hyper realistic artist and I like to do graphic novels I want to get the VR version
I fall in love with the world in far cry 5 damn that was so really fucking good to me
They did the fishing part so good, that i actually enjoy it when playing the game. Because the fishing part is what it's supposed to be, a silent moment, where you can relax, but still do something which is not action-intensive and you can also financially profit from this.
And that says someone, who does eat fish only rarely, who has no experience with fishing whatsoever and wouldn't care for it in Reallife.
...Also i like these moments of silence, where i am fishing in this game for hours and every few minutes there's a new enemy airplane spawning in the sky, reporting me to his friends and then crashes into some trees for no reason.
These kamikazee-pilots always trying to tell you: "ey yoooo, there's a plot in this game, come back and play you idiot!"
when you're just like: "Nah, i'm fine, i catch fish. Then sell. Life gud."
In terms of story, characters and landscape ubisoft are way ahead of times farcry 5 is beautiful the lighting everything and I love Joseph he is my favourite antagonist he really is scary
the words of joseph actually made me see the imperfection of our social world. how it runs. How it controls the weak while the powerful live in this state of absolute perfection.

This is the only game I play and have due to the scenery and setting.
Great game love the story and open world and just exploring the different regions.
To me far cry gets better with each new game implementing something new. And keeping it there.
Although fc5 did bring back enemy revives a fallen enemy like far cry 2.

Hands down the best Far Cry game. Very relatable to the world right now. I could see myself accepting some of this stuff. Not him, but staying away from the crazy the world is dishing out

I just started playing today and so far this is the most enjoyable FPS I've ever played. I prefer stuff like Skyrim but I had to play this after seeing the trailer.
