I found the ball pressure exercise flared my neuroma (while other times it has been great), I think because when neuroma flares it also affects nerves in other part of my foot and my whole foot feels sore. Any suggestions?

Semi-related: does any of this apply to intermetatarsal bursitis?

OK depends. Do you have the symptoms that Morton’s neuroma may have? And how do you know/what do you use as evidence that you have metatarsal bursitis? And is the arch across your ball of your foot still an existence or has it fallen?
I’m not a doctor but I’ll do the best I can. I’ll wait for your answer.

And yet you left out the ONLY thing that cured my Morton's Neuroma...........wearing the gel pads that pressed against K1 on the underside of my foot. I wore wide shoes, low heel and had terrible pain. Probably because I was on my feet 18 hours a day with a new business. Bought the Gel poads recommended for Morton's Neuroma that pressed against K1 . Wore them for about 3 months and voila pain all gone. Never looked back!

Where did you get your gel pads? Type/brand

Care of this situation is that no doctors have noticed or written about the structural phenomenon of the front transverse arch of the foot falling/flat What I noticed is that on the bottom of the foot arch which goes across the front and arch and middle toe base was as low as the other ones.
Nowhere nobody Noshow- as noticed the structural precursor. This is happened for me bilaterally
One side, I’m numb. The other one goes into pain on the base of my foot.
This is antecedent to the diagnosis of Morton‘s Neuroma.
That diagnosis only reflect what is. It’s descriptive rather than anything else. It is only a way to refer to the phenomenon.
What I have described is one likely cause of that phenomenon.

Would love to know which pads and where purchased.

@@barbarastewart8462 I have posted them 2 times and this channel keeps removing my post. So, what does that say! Just search on the net , often called meta-tarsal pad. Look up K1 (Kidney meridian 1 on an acupuncture chart) notice where it falls on the foot. Then match that to a gel pad pushing on your foot.
