    This update actually saves me the hassle to carry around my synths besides my guitars should the need arise to come up with some weird Pink Floydish intermezzo between songs. Cool. Thanks Eventide, keep the updates coming.

    This is exactly the kind of thing I hoped to see when I invested in my H90. Great job guys. It’s a creativity monster - if you can just get the iPad app over the line… 😊 Excited for future creations with this great pedal.🎉

      There is a public beta of the iPad app already available. More info here: www.eventideaudio.com/forums/topic/h90-public-beta-1-7-1/

    When using this wonderful algorithm I have a hard time playing with the same strength overall, because the effects gets louder every time I play a bit harder.
    Where can I disable this function to make the volume more universal through my songs? Many thanks in advance, love my H90!

    Fantastic addition! QQ: I don't see the first two (and Isy, but I do see Dublin & Glitter Bomb) after the update. Were they renamed or might we need to do something to see the new presets? (I see 13 post 1.7.1 update.)

      All of these programs are on the H90. Be sure you're looking under programs, and not presets!

    will it transform all 6 strings/chords to 3 oscillators or is this limited to 3 voices ? what about a 12 string guitar ?

    • @EventideAudio
      @EventideAudio  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It will transform all detected notes and produce 3 voices on top of the dry signal, if any. Same with a 12 string, so make sure it’s tuned properly.

    It would be nice to have thick-fat-aggressive-heavy high-gain(ish) EDM-style distorted tweakable synths for this module - for heavy/extreme Metal guitar Riffing with strong attack and sustain - so that the guitar would still have all the features and benefits of metal guitar playing style, Not pretending to be a keyboardist (like fast picking tremolo, chugs and syncopated palm-muted triplets etc., which you can't physically do on the keyboard). So that this synth module could be a creative and powerful distortion pedal replacement, while still allowing for all the heavy/extreme metal guitar techniques to be prominent - that would be great. So far all the synths I heard in this demo were only soft ambient kind of sounds, which is a pity, as I find them limiting in guitar use case. Please make the hard synth version!

    i am missing my dsp4000 for sound design with my synths and i'm affrais of buying another one because i don't know if they are still repairable if something breacks,... so could the h90 give some similar sci-fi stuff ?

    • @EventideAudio
      @EventideAudio  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      In short, yes, mainly because now you would have the power to combine two powerful algorithms. Keep in mind the DSP4000 had approx 500+ algorithms, so it’s closer to an H9000 than an H90 as far as having an extensive library of algorithms. Nevertheless, the H90 features newer effects, more routing options, and is the new platform for all future Eventide effects.

    What if I just connect midi keys by midi to h90, can I play on H90 like with synth module? )) (a good scenario for H90 isn't it?))

    • @EventideAudio
      @EventideAudio  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The algorithm requires signal to go through it, so it doesn’t behave quite like a sound module.

    • @rovenordiales
      @rovenordiales 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Just connect a zoia in front of H90 via fx loop insert then control the zoia using your midi keys.

    • @nikodimson
      @nikodimson 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@rovenordiales to be honest there are so many synth modules under 1K$ (about 500) to play a lots of amazing and USABLE sounds, so let H90 stay amazing FX pedal (the best of all I've seen). And this also relates to all other synth pedals for bass or guitars - if you want synth bass, just buy some old used little synth capable of good bass sound for less than 500$, it will be much better than than having one very questionable sound for the same price in your pedalboard. BUT, if Eventide will proceed to make new synth algorythms for guitar, this will be very interesting. What they did now is really RARE example of good sounding and usable synth FX.

    Is a password still required every time you want to use the app?

      No. When you first open H90 Control you will need to sign into your Eventide account. You will remained signed into your Eventide account until you choose to logout.
