Its a lot of work but i will make some special effects in my band with it to highlight some moments in the songs. I love that you dont get some blocks of effects like in the Axe you got to configure. You get sounds that are made of effects that work in a inspiring way with each other. Its a inspiring machine!

It’s an amazing pedal. I was surprised how great the WeedWacker sounds. Great dual TubeScreamer tones. TriceraChorus is also really fantastic sounding.
Had the h9 and finally got my h90. Went through the user programs... meh. Knew I was going to have to dive in and start making changes, mostly the dual presets weren't to my tastes. Thanks to LT for all his deep dive videos into the h90, I am successfully getting somewhere. The fx responds to subtle parameter changes and LT really has a way of dialing the presets in. Thanks LT.

Man, I loved that reverb you used with your PRS and gain! Geesh.. Sounded huge.. Loved it.. I know it would be a lot of work, and you would probably have to have a new set of patches with your FM3, but you should totally use that yellow strat live.. God I love that guitar.. Are the pickups in that Strat from Suhr noiseless or stacked ? Micropitch works with everything.. I loved it with the ducking delay.. Too cool.. This was a great video brother! Really cool.. The Strat is great live especially when I play gigs with bands where there's keyboards as it stays out of the way of the other instruments. It's not quite "the one" for Ragdoll where I need the opposite effect though!

Just ordered my H90 to take care of all my delay and modulation needs. I get my verbs from a chase bliss/meris CXM1978 already so I reckon pairing these will do the job
Wow the vibe sounds great, that is a huge selling point for me. I've found to get good / vintage tones w/ vibe it needs to be in front of the amp / drive. Are you running this in front of your amp or model, or is it in the loop? Also, can it do a good Roland / Boss CH-1 chorus sound? I am in love with that sound and I use my ZOOM MS-50G specifically for its amazing replica of that, but it is limited in other ways. I'm looking to upgrade to the H90 but need to make sure I can get that sound!
Love your videos on the eventide. I recently switched from the h9 to the h90. A lot of the programmes vary in volume which is quite annoying so some of the sounds really give too much of a volume boost when used in the effects loop. Also i find the editor software isnt as fun as the H9.
I dunno how they do it but Eventide stuff always sounds extra wide and lush. I just use the end of a high e string to prick my skin until it looks like stubble.
I tried to do something similar, having on hand Boss ME 50 / GR-20 / Roland XV-5050 and KORG-Triton rack - something turns out, formally similar - BUT it requires a lot of effort, time, recordings to capture all the sound components.. . This device is better and more convenient..
Hey Leon, Im really thinking of getting one of these since i have the individual Eventide Tricerachorus and Micropitch pedals. My question is, if i got the H90, would i basically have the complete functionality of both pedals in one unit, or more like just snapshots/presets of them?
When playing with such a cool abundance of tones in the unit...do you find your Strat more versatile? I'm wondering if the lower output pickups make it an all-rounder?
I dunno why but I'm not completely taken with this new item. The delays are excellent but the other algorithms when would we ever use them except in a recording. It's a pricey little piece of equipment that in my own tastes I'd rather take the eventide eclipse instead. Great video Todd I'm just not sold on this one yet, cheers.
The Eclipse is deep while the H90 is broad. The H90 is a lot friendlier if you're used to pedals but is pretty satisfying if you like the advanced routing and options studio gear offers. The Univibe, BBD delay, drives and poly pitch effects are good examples of things the H90 does that the Eclipse doesn't do. The Eclipse has a pretty identifiable sound and character though. Great reverbs, great presets and the super cool vintage delays algorithm are highlights for me. It's definitely a unit that requires some knowledge from the user, especially with some of the more sound design oriented algorithms. If you want to jam Van Hagar riffs they'll both do that thing real well!

The thing he's doing at about 12:09, where he uses the square wave modulation on the delay, is a trick Henry Kaiser's been doing for decades.

Yeah like most multi FX if you're an experienced player you're often best to just delete all the factory stuff and roll your own

Yep, vibe up front. There's a bunch of different chorus sounds which can do the BOSS thing or the more 80's style stuff.

You can do all this on the unit. It's a lot easier to screen capture the editor than setting up a 2nd camera though.

Tricerachorus has trichorus and detune together, so add a delay to that and you're done
