  • As you can see from this series, it is giving you a whole new perspective on how life really works and who you are and this is the basis by which you change your beliefs. In this part, I talk about how life is about effortlessly receiving what you want, you are not manifesting, attracting, receiving, you are allowing yourself to receive simply by being in your natural good feeling thought energy during your daily life.

    So should we continue listening to affirmations and meditating or do we just stay in a state of happiness?

      Stay in a state of happiness which means to feel good for any reason and there are so many reasons that allow us to feel good in all situations at all times. The affirmations that are really good to use are the ones that remind you of why you came here, how powerful and amazing you are, and how powerful and amazing this universe is in it's support of you at all times, and how easy it is that desire is born and turns to physical things. This constant reminder will take us back home to our true being and how life really works, from there we will easily feel good all of the time on all matters. Meditation is a good reset from resistance as it is a state of non-thought if done effectively. But quite frankly getting into a stream of thoughts of appreciation, positive aspects, what's working, this too is free of resistance and really ramps up the high vibe momentum.
