@Notaxtreme Happy to help man. I strongly believe the single disc clutch is also a factor in my stock mt82 still being alive. I hope you have as much luck as I have with the setup 👍
@bernhardgiesbrecht1806 I think with MSD shift lights you do. I believe they actually come with the adapter... There's one for sale on Marketplace. Probably the better way to go versus cutting into the harness like I did. I didn't go MSD because it's more expensive 🤣
What kinda power you pushing? I’m at 530 whp rn stock gen 1, was curious if I went to 675 if it’d be somewhat reliable? I don’t beat on it 24/7 and daily drive it
Hey! On paper, it should make 850-900 wheel now. It's a Gen 3 block, and I'm running E85. My gen 1 blew up at 700 wheel on pump gas. I wouldn't suggest more than 10lbs of boost / 650 wheel on a stock Gen 1. It's not worth pushing it, I learned the hard way 🤣
@clayton_4897 If on E85, I think you're safe to push the stock Gen 1 to 750 wheel. If you're getting a fuel system, don't cheap out. Get the Fore Innovations kit 👍
@@That_FN_Coyote_Car was looking at that and I heard about a kit called sai li kit and it’s suppose to be really good I heard aswell like 1200$ difference in price the sai li one is 12xx and I think cheapest I found fire for was like 2500$

Yes, it's still on the Exedy 600. I assume they're underrating the clutch, and that's why it's still kicking.

Did you have to use a tach signal adapter to hardwire the shift light?
Nope, just spliced the wire into the negative side of the coil wire on cylinder 1. You can use any of the 8 coil wires.
