GArlic!!! For nerve pain. Probably not a supplement, just put it in your food. ALSO, Cayenne pepper is like a miracle for my nerve pain. Basically like ibuprofen. the problem is I can't eat cayenne pepper in my food all the time, it's just too acidic.
Tart cherries...interesting.
Would it make a difference if you use cayenne in capsules?

Dr. Cooper enjoyed your video very much I have been taking all those supplements except the Tart Cherry which I am going to add in my regimen, a suggestion and perhaps you may like to look into it is Yucca which has proven in my old mother and myself to take the stiffness away from the joints. I work out a lot almost 7 days a week and after my strength training I was suffering with pain and stiffness in my hands. I can say this that Yucca has taken the pain and stiffness away and I am a happy camper.
Are the pineapples supposed to be fresh or canned?
