    I can attest to this. About 20 years ago, I was catching every cold going around. I was sick monthy. Then a friend recommended enchinacea. I took a course of echinacea with golden root for 4 months. I didn't get a single cold for 2 years! Excellent natural remedy.

    Anytime I have ever asked a doctor about taking herbs in place of a prescription he or she ALWAYS tells me herbs don't work and not to waste my time. LOL Needless to say I don't even ask anymore. My family and I love everything Dr. Berg! Blessings.

      Herbs are a gamble though. The flu moves quickly and can kill within days if not treated correctly. I would bet on Tamiflu and then herbs if nothing else available.

    This is an interesting study. The product contains a combination of Echinacea Purpurea extract and Elderberry extract!
    It is important to note that Echinacea Purpurea is not suited for continuous long term use. It can be used for acute conditions, and it can be pulsed as a tonic, but continuous use is not advised. Those who want to continuously use Echinacea should use Echinacea Augustifolia instead.
    IIRC, the efficacy of Elderberry extract has been proven in many studies in application to colds and flu.
    IME, all forms of Echinacea are diuretics. When you are dosing with these, you are going to be going #1. It is important to stay hydrated at this time.

      In the past, I have used echinacea whenever I have had something coming on and I assumed it would be a sinus infection or a sore throat. It always warded off whatever symptoms were coming. I just take two capsules, maybe twice a day for a few days and the symptoms go away. When I get those symptoms, I also put a drop of pure peroxide in each of my ears and that helps also. As usual, always consult a doctor before taking medications, and natural meds too.

    I and my clients, (I’m a private caregiver) always benefit from your videos, your knowledge, and your suggestions. Your my #1 go to.
    I never before today have ever seen you do a video on echinacea. I have not seen any other peoples videos either. I find this fascinating because I am so certain, I can kill a cold in 1 day, because I have for so many years. I give advice all the time, usually advice that came from you. But I am so into home remedies and I can’t stand to see people hurt or not feel good. Anything with a heartbeat really. If I start to feel sick, it has to be on the first day of symptoms, so I always, (usually) have echinacea on hand. The problem is that I want to cure the world and so I often give mine to someone and then it is not there for me. I take 3 pills, 3 times a day until symptoms are gone. It has to be started on the first day. Sometimes it will work on day 2, but I can’t guarantee that. Usually the next morning I feel better if not cured. It will be gone completely the next day. But it NEVER has failed me once. If you don’t have it on hand and you feel crappy, it is hard to get up and go to the store. Always works and now I know why. I tell people not to take it on a daily basis as suggested if they plan to try my method, because I believe it is. Shock factor. Your cells are like Fo my when he gets pissed and had enough. Or Popeye when he eats his spinach. True story… I am so sure of myself and obsessed to get people to try, that at Christmas time, I put a bottle in everyone’s stockings. Haha! I just love and believe in you so much. As great as your knowledge is, your communication skills are fabulous. I understand everything you say and your to the point. Everything you say in your video has a relevance to the person watching. No wasted words. Thank you for consistent and most trusted advice and education. 🩻🩺🧑‍⚕️

Vogel 'product is great.. he was a herbarist from switserland..he was introdused to a famous native american medicineman and he gave him seeds and info ..he planted in his garden in switserland and let it grow and accumilate. After a few years of growing and feeling at home in Albert vogel's garden it was almost time to make tinctures and multiplie the plants. Albert was mowing the grass manually. He got a serious accident and cut himself in the foot. So his intuïtieve self say to him,..use some of these roots and he made a compress.normally he would have gone to the hospital with such a serious wound but this was a special experiment...he called a docter/friend to monitor and witness his progress and after a few days his wound was closet without any infection.

      That's because everybody that gets a sickness of any kind, or if they hit a tree when driving, it is diagnosed as Covid19. That helps to get the numbers up there.

    Interesting 👍
    And I'm sure the flu will have a comeback some day. Though where I live (Germany), last winter, very few people got the flu and nearly nobody died from it - tens of thousands less than usual. Apparently, the flu is less contagious than the recent C.-19-mutants, so our anti-C.-19--restrictions worked properly at least against the flu.
    Btw, do you think Echinacea might also have a positive effect on a C.-19-infection?

    Just to let u know from last 20y of experience..when i feel flue is comming ( usually my thong starts to tingle) ..its first sign i should not miss out or gets too late...I start taking TRIPLE recomended dose 3x/day of liquid Echinacea immediately for at least 3 days. Somehow it boosts immune system so strongly that desease is suppressed and does nit develop at all. Observe yoursel and react immediately..if late one day does not work so good anymore. I only use liquid tincture...tabs dont give such good result.

    Amazingly and surprisingly the first thing that we have to do for good health and stop doing the bad things we have to know what the bad things are and stop doing them therefore only the good things are left and it's amazing a lot of times the bad things aren't completely bad for us but it turns on depends on your state of health

    • @gabilumiere
      @gabilumiere 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Echinacea cannot be taken long term. Best wait until feeling start of symptoms and then for only 7 days straight. See how you feel after that first week. If better, stop. If still down, take another 7 days. You should feel better after 2 weeks. Then stop taking them.

      First of all, while you are well, take one and wait 48 hours to make sure you are not allergic.
      I am not trained, this is simply what I take through my own experience.
      When I have the first signs of cold/flu I take 500mg of dry root extract 4 times per day. This is much higher than the recommended dose of 142 twice per day. I have no side effects but others have had allergic reaction, diarrhoea. I find a lower dose doesn't work

    Help me please!!!
    I'm a mother of 2 (3 yo and 9 months) before having my kids i had a long history with moderate obesity and in the end i won over shedding over 40kg over 1 year (healthy eating and exercising) but now I've gained over 30kg again, this last month I made up my mind to lose weight and started a healthy but not too rough diet (breakfast lunch but no dinner/0 carbohydrates/0 frying/ preloading with low calories vegetables and more fruits) honesty i feel refreshed more than ever and i barely feel hungry like i used to do. Beside my diet i do a 30 min treadmill session everyday (Hiit exercising) and I've lost approximately 4kg over 3 weeks, i was very happy and kept going then this last week i decided i need to add some intensity to my exercise so i added inclination (now 5 and speed 8 to 11) and suddenly i no longer lose any weight for a whole week with dieting and exercising also breastfeeding and house chores doesn't help to burn any calories now i had enough with this long struggle I'm confused i don't know what's wrong and what to do I won't budge from my decision to lose this nasty fat but i really need some help at least understand what's going on and why I'm not losing any weight despite my deficit in calories, please i need some advice.

      Hi. My daughter has been using floraspring made by revival point. It's amazing. She is suffering with depression which stops her exercising as much as she should and this supplement has literally shown the benefits within a week. I feel she'll only need them for a couple of months ... then it's my turn.. I can't wait. Can't recommend floraspring highly enough. Really feels like a miracle and it's the first time I've seen my daughter smile about her weight loss as everything else simply didn't work. Let me know if you try these I'd love to hear how you do. Best of luck

    • @ExplorerBen7
      @ExplorerBen7 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, if you've been in too much of a caloric deficit you may have to up your calories to a maintenance level (about BW x 15) for a week or 2 to readjust then go back to a deficit and you should see continued weight loss. Also I would say add in strength training to build muscle which will increase metabolism, just don't pay as much attention to weight cause you will gain muscle and glycogen stores which adds water weight so look at Body Fat % not just weight. Use BF% charts and compare or use a scale that shows BF% just make sure to be hydrated and on an empty stomach otherwise the reading will be off.
