It is an amzaing game with endless customizations, social system but those prices are way too crazy for most players. I believe that if you bring even more cool vehicles and kits for them and you lower prices people will come back. So your homework is : Bring new angine ASAP, take down prices, bring new stuff, tweak optimization and try even more to get rid of cheaters. + Do something so newcomers wont get frustrated by joining game full of veteran sharks.

I would say congrats on making it prettier... BUT I hope you rehaul apb not just animations, sound, adding maps, new missions,add also better physics on the cars make it a better overall fps then it was before if you are going through with an engine ugprade into the new era. The only really gripe I had with this game was the incredible lag at times and my computer was fine. It mostly had to do with the servers and poor opitmization of the game. Hope your launch (2000 and never) is successful.
I like that there is more detail now... detail is damn important for a game... the maps before were just too plain.... some more variety on the props would be nice tho... putting containers and these workside lights all over the place is not really great, but atleast it provides more cover in open fields which was really needed. the vegetation is also really nice! sadly you didn't show some dynamic lighting from cars... and btw, FUCKING TRACERS, AFTER ALL THESE YEARS, YES! oh and also, why didn't you guys upload it in 1080p? I mean come on, it's 2016 lol!
Just came from division beta (AMAZING FUCKING GAME!) so everything looks like puke, but there is a noticeable difference good to see the game still gets improvements.
