The generator place used to sell the Honda generator's
They recommend using a lead no more than 4 meters long ( which they supplied along with spark plug a 1ltr oil)
Looks like a nice unit with bonus light feature, reverse cycle inverter, it would be reasonably efficient in cool or heat mode.
I understand ur reasoning for opting to go the generator route for the aircon & microwave, but I would opt for a large inverter (3000W-5000W) to run it and the microwave & maybe even a smaller generator to charge batteries if you really need to, or the bigger one as a backup if inverter plays up & for faster charging of batteries, you would want about 400A lifePo4 @ 12v minimum capacity, but it would work ok.
Great Vid, is the Ibis 4 similar to the Freshjet 7 in current load?
Good video,I reckon I get a better box built a door that goes across the back of van and strong brackets that can take the motor while machine running, there not a light machine to lift and carry across the paddock,You got to look at the woman point of view, maybe be small springs on a tray as with the rubber mounts,it should not walk anywhere, last thing you think Honda would have put a key in machine to start.
Good realistic video. It’s a myth that a big battery bank will run your AC, how do you recharge? Newer vans will have RCD on the van inlet, otherwise you can get one retro fitted.
Hi, we have running our a A/C for years on our Honda 2000 watt just have to turn the 240 volt hot water unit off
I hope you have an RVD fitted to your van before you plug that generator in
Using it like this with out a RVD has the potential to kill someone
