I need to do a video on this! Here's a tip on managing scope, which is different than understanding it in the first place. www.bridging-the-gap.com/using-a-stakeholder-requests-list-as-part-of-scope-definition/ And here's an article on our 8 step process framework - step 3 is to define the scope (solution scope). www.bridging-the-gap.com/business-analysis-process/
Thanks Laura. Could you please do a video of difference between user story and user case? As per my understanding, use case involves overall requirements and goal that we want to achieve whereas user story represents separate requirements needed to achieve that goal.
you prolly dont care but if you are bored like me during the covid times you can stream all of the new movies and series on InstaFlixxer. I've been streaming with my brother during the lockdown =)
We find a lot of people leverage use cases in an agile environment to think through the full solution before breaking it apart into discrete user stories for implementation. This is a great case study of a participant of ours who experienced big leaps forward by leveraging use cases in an agile environment: th-cam.com/video/8tFCT5DmDXs/w-d-xo.html&t
Thanks for this Laura. Do you have any video on how to understand/ manage scope?

Niiice! But we need some examples)
Thanks for that feedback Andrew!
Great video thanks!
You are so welcome!
Is use case used only in Waterfall or it is also used in Agile?
