I would like to thank you very much for this video. I have been trying to find more information related to how business requirements are created and let me tell you your delivery is beyond amazing. You do not give a bunch of fluff you simply walk a person step-by-step through the process and I cannot thank you enough my heart is literally jumping because how excited I am about what you have shared I would definitely be looking more into your program so that I'll be even better. Gathering requirements a really, really big thank you and I wish you great success
Amazing!! Just a well balanced, easy to understand approach, how you educate us with simple analogies over smething often presented as complex is so extraordinary..... you are such a blessing, many thanks.....
Thanks for the video Business Analyst trainer!!!. Your explaination is clear which made me understand the concepts. Can you give some list of book which talks about this business writting skills which allowed you to become what you are now.
Done my job on the project as a business analyst, but your video is so helpful. I wish I watched them months ago to make my job easier, great way to explain and perfect examples Totally Subscribed to your channel.
Thank you for such a nice and useful video. I picked up all TH-cam to get into the writing of the user stories but your video is the most easy in explanation. Nice job!
The way you explained is Good.. But But But it has been observed that there is a struggle to break complex user stories. Splitting user stories is essential for exact requirements and capturing minute details as well.
Extremely helpful!!! I have one question here when we right Acceptance criteria you mentioned only one possibility and suppose "app user " did not enter valid credentials then how we will write it. Do we write another GIVEN WHEN THEN statement or only WHEN THEN we write again. Can you please clarify my this doubt.
Great job for explaining how easily the business process and process design can be translated to the IT team to create good application design. It was an effective presentation in a way that each business and business system analyst can understand. I appreciate your time and effort.
Hi! You videos are very useful and admirable. Can you give me the link of your training course that you are mentioning in your videos. I am not able to find that descriptions. Thanks
thank you for the explanation sir, but im curious about the development scope of the example user story, so with "As a logged out app user I Want to sign in to the app So That i can accsess my profile page", that mean the scope of development is start from login page to profile pages ?
This video is little complicated to understand for what exactly the user stories are? But more helpful for those who want to start their career as a Business Analyst or already a BA.
Angelo, I got a role as a BA and this is my first time, I am so overwhelmed and afraid, but you, sir is a blessing. You have no idea how you are helping us. I love you and I will support you by purchasing your course. Bless you!!!
@@Queen_Ce Well if you like lots and lots and lots and lots of zoom/face to face meetings, if you enjoy planning, analyzing and solving things then you’ll enjoy this role.
What happens if the new change impact the existing stories. Shall we update the existing stories (i.e. maintain single source of truth) or, shall we should create new stories ( in this case how do we track the latest version in Agile) ? What if, Product backlog become too huge and new change start impacting 10-15 story at a time?
So what happens if you have 10 day sprints and it would take 11 days to deliver and there is no point in delivering less? Please don’t conflate scrum with agile. Agile does not have fixed iterations, scrum does. However, this is a good guide for most BAs I’ve met. With the exception of that I am of the opinion that BAs shouldn’t exist anymore and they should transition to other jobs. Just my opinion though.
I'm so joyful when I get to understand clearly... so r the best...

Your teaching style is very nice but the cost of your guide is so high. I think if you make it low price more people will willing to buy it.
Forever good
thx for your efforts
