My own grandfather lived for 87 years but he never consumed any of such so called ayurvedic drinks, he always went to the doctor for regular checkups, and medicines and obviously a lot of physical activities like yoga, walking etc. And thats the key, you need to involve yourself in any physical activity. And yes about this drink, just mixing up random things, in random quantity, and feeding them to people in the name of medicine 🤦♂️🤦♂️. No one should try such things, before any expert in Ayurveda or any ayurvedic doctors approves it. There is a reason why to become even an ayurvedic doctor you need a specialized degree.
