I am an introvert and have a low self-esteem. After I saw your video, I told myself that's a perfect day for me. I have a lot of thoughts, but nothing confirmed until I saw your video. I am now actively working on my goals: Decluttering (physically and mentally), exercising (went from 156 lb to 139 lb), eating healthier, contacted our college music department to take action on learning how to play the piano, etc. Instead of just thinking about it, your video has pushed me to apply action. Again I want to say Thank you. My new journey seems to be clearer now.

I feel as if there's so many things in life that distract and substract from the present, that we forget to spend valuable time on self-assessing and improving ourselves. One thing i would suggest is maybe putting the text in a higher contrast color like yellow or keeping it the same but in a chonkier font. Regardless of that minute detail, your editing, story telling and pacing is superb, keep grinding.

i used to hate cleaning too. now, I feel like it is also a way to be stress-free while listening to music and being in a clean environment makes me happy too.. this year, I also take off and wash all of my bedding every weekend too. routines and following habits really makes life more enjoyable and productive.

That was very calming and enjoyable. The ice into hot tea was a tad scary as sometimes ice burst and cracks the glass, but the view after was breath taking. Good luck getting the egg consistency, does take awhile! I recommend lowering the heat before pouring the egg when cooking for 1 person so the pan gradually cools down as to not overcook it. Keep up the great work!

Tip: stop using tissues to clean, buy fabric clothes, or use old undershirts. They clean better, you don’t waste lots of tissues, you can reuse them, and did I mention that they clean a lot better?
