9:12 a small correction is that if you write 13:00 for time you no longer need to write PM with it and if you are writing PM then you have to write the time in 12 hour time format
really love your video, i recommend using vegetable oil to fry the hash since olive oil has a low smoking point and would slightly burn when you fry things in them 😅
