You'd probably end up getting more mileage out of pulse rather than overpower here. Shift to malkarion gloves and shrowd helmet, berserkers going in the feet and helmet for that.

It was nerfed to 60% about 2 weeks after the refresh. Not sure if the UI in the loadout screen was incorrect for a while or not, but it rings a bell that it was
