for example agar 133 abandone calls me se 13 call threshold time ke baad aband hui h to short aband calls m kya calculate hoga.
I want to make capacity planning, I have billable FTE on monthly basis and want capacity planning on weekly basis for next month, what will be required to get it done and how.thanks

How do I calculate FTE calculation with target SL and abandoned in BPO with for the day call volume? Suppose volume is 35000, AHT-120, Occupancy 80%, SLA 90% in 20 sec, Abandon target
It will be calculated on erlang theory.. according to managing time I will also upload vedios on erlang
