Sir, as you mentioned Mars and Venus relation in D1 and D9 indicates chances of extra-marital affairs, but it has also been mentioned in the texts that if Mars and Venus are in same house or in parivarthan yoga in both D1 and D9 in Venus and Martian signs then a person could become a jyotishi.
Shri K.N Rao ji has same combination D1(Ve +Ma in Libra) in ascendant and in D9 (Mars in Taurus in 4th and Venus with saturn in scorpio in 10th).
Suppose there is benefic aspect of Jupiter on this yiga then can we say that there wont be extra-marital affair like situation rather it is a yoga for becoming jyotishacharya , especially when all the other conditions like relation between 5th and 2nd, 5th and 12th, malefics in 4th and 8th with Benefic and Malefic influence on 5th house and Malefic influence on 9th house, relation between 12th house lord and lagna, imfluence of Ketu or Rahu or Jupiter on 2nd house..etc, are being fulfilled.
Here, in this video you mentioned that malefic in 4th also indicates immoral nature of the native but for being jyotishi malefic relation wuth 4th house is necessary. Who said for being Jyotishi malefic fourth house is needed?
Connection of Venus and Mars is needed for being an astrologer, I have also discussed it an article from 2017 on who will become an astrologer, but this works differently for Jyotish and differently for extra marital affair which is explained here.

@@geegeegee88 well interesting...it's a combination that tells me about trouble with boundaries in relationships..Venus disposited from the 3rd and 8th house into the 11th house where it is conjunct mars and Rahu...this is a combination of a person who can sometimes let friends ruin his/her relationships...this is someone who can find themselves in 3rd party situationships...this can be someone who chooses to be friends with past lovers/ex's... obviously information given is not enough...7th house lord has to seen, ascendant has to be seen, the whole chart has to be seen.
