@Gabby Black he is giving just basic scenario. Other planetary positions also affect it. So the chart should be seen as a whole for proper assessment.
Also even if the chart actually shows cheating, it doesn't mean all those who have such placement will end up being as cheats. It increases the possibility but doesn't make it a necessity.
Planets have their effects but at the end of the day, a person's own karma decides the outcome. Like in more conservation societies, people are brought up more believing that they shouldn't be cheating and all this "openness and freedom" crap is not fed into minds.
So if one's thinking and upbringing is able to overcome the planetary placement, they will end up avoiding doing anything like this.

All these combinations have reasons why they break marriages. I have talked to 3 people with 3 of below placements being on the verge of separation. When I asked reason, following were the ones.
1. Ketu in 7th -> Lack of interest in partner -> Solution is to focus on partner consciously
2. Mars in 7th (normal or exalted) -> Person is passionate and aggressive towards partner -> Solution is to control it and stay in marriage if partner does not show equal passion
3. Mars in 7th (debilitated) -> Person is passionate and is passive aggressive towards partner -> Solution is to marry a person who is having debilitated Mars (passive aggressive) or wait till partner understands you
4. Sun & Venus conjunction -> Authoritativeness and ego towards partner -> Solution is to consciously work on controlling this behavior

Sun Ven combination will not always give a divorce. It can show that either the father or the marriage will survive depending upon which one of these is stronger.
If ven is debilitated, enemy sign, combust - most likely there can be a divorce. But is venus is fine then most like the father will not survive after the marriage of the person or the marriage will happen after father's demise.
Also the aspects of enemy planets on these houses can give a hint to the outcome.

I have values on Libra: Mars and Jupiter, both in the 12th House. My Moon is in Aquarius strangled by Saturn, and it's in the 4th. A reader once told me they were signs of a spousal woman despite a conflicted femininity, but he also worried me because he let me notice how my Venus in Leo in the 9th has no aspects - some online calculators indicate it squares my Scorpio rising, but that's hardly a consolation. My Sun and Venus are 6 degrees apart in Leo. I can attest that as soon as marriage started things shifted and went downhill. After we separated/divorced I slowly started feeling more vitality although not to the extent as before marriage.

In my natal chart I am having Saturn ruling 7 house and aspecting 7 house from 5th house. Which shows delayed marriage. But when look at Navamsha, I see Ketu conj Sun in 7th house with Jupiter aspecting it, showing lack of interest towards marriage. And also Rahu and Moon conj in natal chart in 7th house, indicating cheating, after knowing all that can`t be passionate about marriage...

The day of my divorce the Sun was together with Venus in the 9th house but they were 21 degrees separated. Jupiter was also in the 9th house and it was closer to the Sun (only 2 degrees and 20 mins.). Is it posible for the Sun to burn Jupiter ?

hmm i have an 11 deg orb between venus and sun in the 9th with sun at the lower degree. is that worse than if sun was at the higher degree? like venus getting fried on the stove rather than just being in an oven? like a direct searing burn rather than an ambient sweltering heat? i like to see it as wanting to use my light to support my wife and make her shine, not overpower her.
