Fred Astaire was the ultimate perfectionist each dance step was routinely done to the millisecond it's why MJ paid homage to him with some if his moves
Yes, Fred Astaire was the ultimate perfectionist. I have been a fan and read much about him since the 1970s. It is an inaccurate assessment of him and his respectful hard work as rude. He was beloved by fans and also co-workers on the set and on the screen, including Ginger Rogers who willingly worked hard until her feet bled to get it right for one performance. Yes, Michael Jackson attributed his dancing to many influences but he dedicated his autobiography Moonwalk to only one -- Fred Astaire, whom he met and they shared mutual admiration. It is a mischaracterization to categorize Fred Astaire as one of "12 Rudest Celebs From Old Hollywood", and to inaccurately influence younger generations.
@marymichael1211 not once did I say you misleading, I said you didn't research the person and with that passive aggressive response I can see why... or was that your intention to mislead gullible viewers ?
@@davidmarchant9386 Is there some confusion? I'm thanking YOU for starting the conversation in the comments about this video. I'm calling the video misleading, not you. And I'm sorry if it seemed that I was suggesting that you were calling the video misleading. I think we're both agreeing about Fred Astaire not being "rude". 🙂
For some reason the video starts again around the 6 min mark. If your going to use AI narration, a little secret is, that you phonetically write out some of the words and numbers and names so the AI says it right!

Appreciate the tip, I'll try that for future videos!
