Almost nobody nowadays knows this game existed because it had the misfortune of coming out at almost the exact same time as Crash Team Racing, with another Mario Kart not a year away.
My favorite part of this game, even to this day, is the fact that each character had a unique animation for pushing the power-up button when no power-ups have been picked up. God, I love this game. Who knows, maybe we’ll get a new Looney Tunes racing game, but keeping my fingers and toes crossed.
🎮 Comment A good cart racer for its time. I liked the tracks and carts. The ACME challenges have some immensely tight time restrictions. Beating the 1on1 races was no easy task. All bonus tracks are included.
I remember 1 time as a child, I was at my cousins house and we played a Looney Tunes Racing game. I'm not sure which LTR game it was, though; all I remember is controlling someone on an orange motorbike, and my cousin was Bugs Bunny.

I had a pirated game of this because the mall in the past sells them. I love the game too much that I keep on playing it. Sadly, there was a time it stopped working for good. Too bad that pirated disc didn't last too long for that obvious reason.
Like always actually. It was never "Toons" "As Disney’s Silly Symphonies gained popularity, Warner Brothers, another major entertainment studio, created its own equivalent. They produced two different song-based series: “Merrie Melodies” and-you guessed it-“Looney Tunes.” As for the “looney” part of the title, Warner Brothers wanted to indicate that “[their] cartoons were a little wackier than the sweeter characters of Disney,” according to Bergen. Can you beat our cartoon trivia game? Eventually, of course, these tune-filled toons eventually lost their music-marketing purposes as the entertainment industry evolved. “After a while, [they were about] Bugs, Daffy, Porky, Tweety; they didn’t have anything to do with music,” says Bergen. The fact that “tunes” sounds exactly like “toons,” which seems like it would be a more fitting name nowadays, is a complete coincidence."
There is a phenomenon called the Mandela effect you should look into it. Basically A lot of ppl remember it being toon but it's always been tune even though many people remember it that way
But it’s definitely one of the good ones, I feel that Looney Tunes Space Race is the more better of the two Looney Tunes racing games, this one is is still a great time.
PS1 was 32bits... anyway this whole bits things was like 80% marketing BS (and still is). The Atari Jaguar was announced as 64bits yet it looked more terrible than a PS1 or Saturn. Then again it is totally possible to built an 8bit machine that outshines the PS1.
What I remember most about this game was a ton of unlockable characters. I always loved when the old school games did that
Yeah, you can even play as Gossamer and Rocky, the most underrated Looney Tunes characters
best part is You didn't even have to pay for them.

Nostalgia. Another game for my childhood. Thanks man.

lol I'm absolutely forgot than Bugs has a racing game besides the two games about time travelling
This game would be awesome on modern consoles with updated graphics
It's very quaint for a game of its genre but it does everything well.

It looks like it's another one of those Mario Kart clone racing games, only this time with the Looney Tunes characters.
But it’s definitely one of the good ones, I feel that Looney Tunes Space Race is the more better of the two Looney Tunes racing games, this one is is still a great time.
Yeah reminds me of the old smurf racing game
