      @@rameshsawant7940 with there private road so you will not get traffic on that road and hardly you need 5 min to touch the highway from location

    Dont buy... they trouble at the time of posession with unneccesary charges. If you already bought then keep record of everything. Even for not paying demand letter money after 14days they charge 10.2% interest even for 1 day delay

      It’s developers terms and conditions when you don’t pay the demand on time then they will charge you interest

      @@nikhilmawale Did you check road of Phase 1. if not try to cover that in your next video. They gave posession for phase 1 without road construction. I think you should be nuetral.

    Howcome this is possible….
    a. Yahavi 1st phase 2024 June possession with 75lac for 775 carpet 2bhk - 10k per sq feet
    b. Golfland is 2028 possession 1.15cr for 738sq feet 1bhk - 16k per sq feet.
    So Rs 6000 per sq feet I am paying for golf view. That’s worthless
    Better you guys stop promoting and focus on reality check.
    This shows how uneducated TH-camr are and how property agents getting influenced to cheat buyers.

      1 BKH is Golfland is a duplex with a garden. Also materials used in Golfland are more expensive than phase 1 like italian marble, higher end fittings in the bathrooms. Plus amenities in Golfland are going to be much better - bigger gym, mini theater etc. It's up to each if they think 6K/sqft is justifiable.

    Please be aware of Shapoorji Pallonji because they're delaying most of their current projects due to cash crunch. You can book flats in their project risking all your lifelong savings because they themselves don't know whether they'll be able to complete their projects or not.

      Not factually correct! Yes, SP group was in trouble but they repaid most of their debt in April 2022 before deadline and they are on their way to be debt free by end of FY 23. Also, Vanaha phase 1 & 2 construction going well and they are on track to give possession 1 year before RERA completion date.
