    Hinjewadi IT work does not have companies that would pay such pay to afford such an expensive plot.

      @@7LavishRealtors Bavdhan has much cheaper option. After EON and WTC coming up, somatane phata would be a better and cheaper alternative.

      Others areas as you said are outside..
      If someone has money and want to live township life with class of living will choose accordingly…
      Every price / budget has its own market & buyer & I respect both of them ..

      @@7LavishRealtors Bavdhan offers too many plotting project: Raheja, Paranjpe, Varivan which are much reasonable.
      Like I said all IT companies which offers good CTC are either in Baner or Kharadi, Yerwada. Therefore the target buyer who can afford could the rate of 12000/sqft would have to travel to work on the extreme end and would not think of investing in Hinjewadi and getting himself stuck in the traffic during office commute.
      All service based companies are located in Hinjewadi which offers peanuts in the name of salary.
      West pune is closer to Mumbai but again why a Mumbai guy invest at such a rate in HJ, they would go to something near varivan, somatane phata etc.
      Infact banyan tree by panchshil is comparatively better priced.
      Godrej has lost its charm in real state unlike in other prodcuts they cannot charge you for such a high rate.
      Infact Nanded City is better option.

      ​​​@@7LavishRealtors yes if someone has money why he wanted to stay in Hinjewadi, just check road conditions of Hinjewadi and traffic ,Hinjewadi is not part of municipal corporation its come under Grampanchayt. I am not even able imagine traffic if Hinjewadi will have phase 13. all highly paid companies like Barclays, Credit suisse, UBS are moved to kharadi

    Rate is really very high....even in Borivali, few big plots are available at the rate 12k per sq feet and this property asking rate is 13k 😮😮
