I am now binge watching this every night. I love this channel. I am a country bumpkin from the Adirondacks in NY State and haven't gotten to experience any of this. I have not gotten to leave the states much at all due to having a child.but now that she is 18 I'm ready I would love to experience the foods and the different traditions. I love trying new foods but have not had any experiences like this. Thank you for letting me experience life through your page and letting me know there is a whole new world of experiences and flavors out there maybe I can do something like this in the future.

@@minhvo4739 IKR , my understanding that she should have said Korean BBQ style is now dominated around major / popular cities in VN because Koreans tourists in VN ranked only second to China's .
However, I preferred the Viet style BBQ , imagine yourself seat on the sidewalk instead inside a fancy Korean 's BBQ joint , those plastic midget furniture that vendors set out on sidewalk they make me feel much safer ( just in case we had too much drinking and got into a fight ) . Thought it doesn't get any "classic" than that... 😂

Lol when I was there they told me the gang area was the best place to go for fun!! There is an Indian restaurant there that the gang either own or a member owns it and they all hang out at night with lots of beautiful women!!

When you hear Vietnamese says "cashew oil" for a red colour oil, they actually mean annatto oil. Both of these oil have the same Vietnamese name "điều", so people usually make the mistake. Annatto oil is used a lot in grilling and the famous bún bò Huế, and some Vietnamese curry, while true "cashew oil" is much rarer in Vietnamese cooking.
