Shaan thank you for all your free content and videos ❤- but is it truly possible honestly for someone to overcome there debilitating anxiety if they can’t afford “help” and not just yours but any other person/group out there- if someone truly can’t afford anything?

I healed completely from Shaan’s videos and blueprint. Simply allow the adrenaline to burn itself out. Do your best to not react to the symptoms. Setbacks are going to happen, that’s natural healing. Eventually, the symptoms go away for good, and even if they don’t, it’s okay. Respond correctly to your symptoms makes the anxiety not matter as much anymore. Over time, you detach. Like Dr Claire weeks said, “it’s the not mattering as much anymore that’s important!” You get to this healed stage of the journey by honestly just going through the setbacks and responding correctly. There’s hope. Keep goin.

@@englishwithhina5398just allow the dizziness to be there. Don’t do anything to distract yourself.. if you were doing something and the dizziness comes continue what you were doing.. I was suffering from it too I just let it be there and continue my day. It hard sometimes but that’s the only choice I had.

I made lifestyle adjustments.. started doing yoga in the morning along with meditation and some sport in the evening. If i get my thoughts, i just brush it away and talk to myself ( like shaan mentioned in another video - i put it under Anxiety umbrella) and take a few seconds and go on doing my regular work . I am not yet there but trying to get better … thanks shaan for your videos… I am dealing it by myself as i can’t afford your sessions currently .

I’m in my recovery currently as I understand these symptoms and carry on with my day along with these symptoms. Only one thing that is holding me back is sleepless nights.. somedays I’m able to fall asleep and somedays when I can’t the next day I keep thinking about.. I know this is where I’m making a mistake I just need to let it be.. let these sleepless nights be the way they are happening after sometimes i wont get triggered by it.. it takes time hopefully I’ll be able to do this.. bcz I have come this far..

Just tell yourself when they hit, "I know this is my brain being sensitive and thinking it needs to alert me. But I am fine, there is nothing medically wrong with me. I am safe." You will gradually become less sensitive, but you have to be consistent and send constant messages of safety to yourself. Good luck
