Why does the background need to move all the time? Makes it hard to concentrate on the conversation...and it's an important conversation

If your life were a book, would anyone want to read it?
Sometimes it actually stresses me out thinking about how many people are "average", or at least people that are completely cool with sliding by under the radar. I just don't get it.
I don't think most people realize how tiny we are. If you don't do anything about your life, it is going to pass you by, you'll be dead and gone in no time, with no one remembering much about you. I know that is a dark way to put it, but it's the brutal truth.
"Today is the youngest you'll ever be again."
It's very hard to grasp that. Everyone always wishes they could experience the past over again, just if they would have taken a picture, or kissed that girl, or bought that stock, or made that call, or said to themselves "Fuck it, what do I have to lose?

Gaslighting is done to make a victim feel that they are crazy so that the opposite individual can establish control. The opposite individual also establishes control by making their target appear crazy to outsiders. So actually, the gaslighter has succeded in gaslighting those around their target if those individuals have been duped into believing something that deviates from reality; the suggestion that their target is unreliable when the target is the only one savvy to what is hidden in plain sight to others. People who gaslight are mainly delusional themselves as well, therefore, a person being gaslit knows it is not them when they watch these delusions play out. Targets typically “go crazy” attempting to subscribe to one delusion. A gaslighter will not allow this, because they themselves are part of multiple realities. A person who knowingly and willingly has multiple realities is crazy, not the individual who refuses to be a part of several
