I’m a beginner woodworker and I applied the first technique (1:10) yesterday and it is amazing, it made cross cuts so easy. I really wanted to thank you I really enjoy your content, keep up the good work!
I was a little worried about installing the blade after reading a couple of reviews. But it was amazingly easy. Took about 1 minute. Works great th-cam.com/users/postUgkxjpBI8OOeUXib_iT7UomCrQ-uauwZJ62c . Cuts easily and is perfect for pocket cuts I needed to make for replacing some old deck boards.
It is interesting how woodworking videos differ from Japan, US and Europe.

Is it just me or that circular saw sounds smooth asf. Mine sounds like a wood chipper.
My old one was like yours. The new one is quite cheap but the sound is much more like this, smooth.

1:12. Guys, that is why you use a right blade saw. Right blade saws are NOT for left handed people. Notice how the wide part of the shoe and the weight of the motor is supported by the supported piece of wood that is held in your left hand? This method provides the most accurate cut without any binding of the blade or burning of the wood, or blade marks.
