Christine Bougie (lap steel) is one of the best guitarists in this country! I love her work in "Bahamas", been following that band around religiously since 2015 and honestly, they put on the greatest live show I've ever seen! Also, absolutely love Morning Moon, one of my favorite "lesser known" haha, songs from the boys! Great performance here!
Your voice is incredible and your band follows you to a T. Amazing job, Thank You!!! Gordie would have loved to have you on stage. Canada PROUD A+++++!!!!

Her voice is a Canadian gift.... as Gord was to us all
Sarah really did so well on this cover... I can't help but to always come back to it every couple months. Def one of the most under rated Hip Tunes.
Shout out to Jim Creegan, always enthusiastic. Been watching that dude since 91. Great song, great band, heck yes.
Me again. I really like this song by the Hip. When she sings it? ANGELIC.
One good thing out of all this sadness: a flood of superb Hip covers.
Wonderful performance. I love this song/album. It's such an underrated Hip tune.
i really like Sarah Harmer's voice
that got me right in the chest as they say. Beautiful. What a tremendous gift to Gord for such a salute of respect
I love her voice!!!
Love this tune. Great job!

One of my fav songs from one of my fav Hip albums, thank you. (I know I am late to comment lol)
Beautiful cover version.
great hip song, sweet version! 🥰
Se eu pudesse resumir as letras do TTH em uma palavra: transcendência. E essa interpretação da Sarah apenas confirma isso. Muito bom!!! Parabéns.
This is excellent. Thanks.

Awesome version of an awesome song.
Great song!!
That was lovely.
Great idea guys. Hard not to get emotional :,)
"This is probably the 3rd best song we've ever written" -Gord Downie 2009 (Quote from Morning Moon live video from official hip channel)
which did he say were 1st and 2nd?
Springtime in Vienna is the 1st. He or they have never said what #2 is.
It has to be "Grace Too".
Lake Fever
They called Gift Shop their most beautiful song ever after they debuted it.
I love this
great tune
Sarah Harmer! I am brazilian and i love you! Vinícius Castro
Best Hip cover of all
whoa! awesome version
Well done , great cover .
My ode to Gordie and the Hip
Those 29 times I saw you , they seem so distant now
From Thunderbird the first time to the last time last year wow
On Seabird Island with my Susie Q , your beard was long , you wore white
At Dicks on Dicks on Richards , we danced the whole night
The three in a row at the Coliseum , I knew I’d be ok
I remember how I snuck in , ha ha , I got away
Under the Rail in Seattle , on the stage I shook deranged,
You took me for a spin that night , I’d never be the same
I got Paul’s set list , Sand Rubies opened up
Diving off the stage , I knew I had fucked up
20 years later when you signed It , giving me such a grin
I collected a few more after that , dam what a win
Your shows were always amazing , I guess that’s why my ears are ringing now
That night at the Commodore Ballroom , the floor bounced up and down
Gord I’ll never forget you , I’ll need a song one day
Long Time Running is the song for me when they put me in my place
What you told us about Canada , my history lessons from liner notes
From Milgaard to Hugh MacLennan to Tom Thomson in a boat
You’ve given me many memories , lots I’ve thought of today
Memories I’ll never forget , I’m sad you’ve gone away
You’ll never be forgotten , I will make sure of that
To Rob , Paul , Johnny , Gord and Gord
I wish you could come back
The Tragically Hip We love you ❤️
Thanks for everything , Frankie

Sweet.
Does the drummer and steel player not have names?
Thanks. I only watched the first song. Was hoping they would put the info in the youtube write up.
The drummer is Jon McCann, also originally from Kingston. Don't know the steel player.
Christine Bougie is the lap steel player. Great musician. Don't know the drummer.
who's rocking that lap slide guitar?
That's Christine Bougie. Isn't she great?
She has recently been part of the band, Bahamas. Just amazing!
Ace
Trying to make me feel better? It worked.
100%
Lesser known Hip tune? What an embarrassing comment for the host to make. Wonderful song and a great version here.
Not lesa known at all
The stroke victim playing the bass can't hold a note to save his life. Everything else sounded nice.
