Please my guy shell out for a great aftermarket alarm that doesn’t integrate with the ODB system thats added on just to protect against people that might want to steal that thing…
Pro tip for the wiper arm removal - back off the nut a couple of threads, pull up/out on the wiper arm, then give the nut a tap with a hammer, don't have to hit it too hard for it to come off.
Taking the bass van to the event was a worth while deal in my opinion. Youll never be able to push it to it maximum potential unless your able to work your way up to that point. The event allowed you to do a soft to mid grade starting demo, but you already knew that there would be areas that would need addressing to ensure the van doesnt fall apart, and also makes the bass much cleaner, and deeper overall. Better to find out now, than later.. Awesome Video..
Such a great video. Have watched you for years and keep me wanting more. The full explaination of everything you do is so well thought out even when a mistake or miscalculation is made it's explained away and repaired. Love every second! Thank you!
I'm just wondering if anyone in the bass competitive world has ever built a setup off a retired armored truck.... It's already beefed up from factory. That would be a perfect platform to build off of
Yea, and they're already set up to haul loads of weight because of coins. You could do the same trick exo did by stripping it down some first and probably have loads of vehicle weight rating headroom.
@@gregkrueger331 Correct.. I got to judge that truck in Atlanta at an Event at World Congress back then... They said its a major headache to acquire one of those trucks.. most cases they get crushed...
EXO just to give you a perspective on how many fans and people that love your videos. I watched it 8 minutes after being posted and i liked it right away and was the 150th person and by the time i finished watching the video you had 575 likes. We love you and your videos are a huge inspiration to all of us
Was thinking the same thing especially if the plastic one keeps breaking. Unless of course he make some kinda cushion or brace to help absorb all that. Guess we will wait and see. 😎👍
I’m an Automotive tech of 22 years. Next time you have an issue removing wiper arms. Put the nut back on a few full turns and hit it with a dead blow. If you don’t have a dead blow. But the socket on the nut and hit the socket with a hammer. They will pop right off.
Man I love the positive energy even though you are faced with so many challenges. You do more than just talk about car audio you give out life lessons and ways we can achieve our own goals. Thanks EXO for being that guy we can look up to 💪🏾💪🏾
With heavy loads in the van with the subs I would go with air suspension for the van cause you don't have to worry about the springs wearing out all you have to do is air it up and keep moving with out problems. Love this channel
Hey buddy, just wanted to say congratulations bro!! Ive been watching you for a long time now and i gotta say im proud and impressed! You are the true definition of a basshead! Ive been a basshead since the 90s and you have done an excellent job of showing people what its all about! No one else even comparea to you buddy! I love the channel and will always be here watching and maybe someday ill get a chance to meet ya and experience the build first hand!
Amazing job on this build! Your determination and perseverance are incredibly inspiring. Having some offroading experience personally, if you haven't already, I would add another lock nut on the other end of the roof braces, without the nut to hold the threads tight against the rod, the vibrations will eventually strip em out. Congrats on making your dream build a reality!!!
This is the part of the build that I really enjoy. It works and is awesome, but you turn it up bit by bit and then fix what breaks. Rinse. Repeat. I can't wait to see what breaks after the next show!
Love all the support you are receiving in the comments. You are amazing EXO you keep doing things the way you are doing them and trust me .. life has a plan for you . Keep safe and keep bassin !! 😊
Love the build EXO. Amazing you went to the trouble to over engineer that area of the firewall. Hope the Honda works out ok, bless you greeting the Deer. ❤❤
Wiper blade truck, push the spring part that makes them stand up. If you do that it releases some tension. They are on a tapered bolt so the tighter they are, the harder to get off
Exo racking up the views and likes in true bass head fashion! Got the throwed together Nissan van or whatever shaking n wobbling imagine another 12 18's and more amps : 0
Just under that cow.. It looks as though you need to buy yourself a rivet/nut gun old friend🤛🤜 Always worked for me when in need of some anchoring!! This tool should be essential in car audio for SURE! Great vid as always.. Nice work my man!
❤Hey!!! EXO!!I KNOW THAT WHEN YOU BROKE THAT WINDOW IT WAS EXCITING! YOU WERE PROBABLY SMILING EAR TO EAR😂😂👍 CONGRATS !! MY DUDE GREAT JOB I STILL KNOW YOUR TUNING IT UP NOW👍👍💪🤩
You're going to want to add mass to that cowl and wiper pan and do what you can to decouple the pan and the wiper arm. Heavy sound treatment with a constrained damping layer AND a mass loaded layer along with your structural reinforcement is the move.
Excellent job from day 1 till now. Only thing I don’t understand with all these builds is solid steel to build and frame box and expect soda can thick metal to survive in the front 😂
Man keep doing what you are doing. I've been following you this whole build. Pretty sure I follow you on about 6 or 7 different google accounts LMAO!!! I live in Huntsville now but been all over the US.. Hopefully I'll get a chance to get a demo from this bad boy!
That windshield mount on the left could be fixed with Nutt inserts. Perfect for thin sheet metal. I have even put washers on both sides of the insert to spread the load out. Figured id mention it
You are the KING. Much respect. If u add a layer of thin rubber between things when bolting, wouldn't it slow damage? Curious for my own small build on an old truck.
Cant understand how ur "only" at 655k subs. Ur videos are 10/10. And im in love with ur build. I have been inspired to build a larger building myself. 🔥🔥🔥
Next time you get back in there, use some Damplifier Butyl Tape in between those metal pieces that aren't welded, and reinforce all that flimsy firewall metal with Damplifier Pro/Spectrum, to give those bolts and nuts some defense from all that vibration!
Good job brother! I would have put those bolts in the opposite way with some Butyl around the heads and used nylocks as well as loctite. Also all that PL is going to break and fall off. Should have used Butyl and slowly worked it in between
When you take off the windshield wipers they come off easy when upright when they are down in operating position on the window it puts pressure and makes it way harder to take off
Happy Friday, Everyone!!! Hope you had a great holiday 🙂
Time to fix what the subwoofers have already destroyed 😅
Lovin the van exo
Are u going to use vibe door speakers in the future??
Please my guy shell out for a great aftermarket alarm that doesn’t integrate with the ODB system thats added on just to protect against people that might want to steal that thing…
Exo where can I get some fans like that for Mt amps so cool
Probably should’ve used nyloc nuts on all the new bolts. Hope the lock washers hold🤞🏻
We need some traffic/public bass reactions from this beast!!!
Yesss
Cmon g
HELL YEAH!!!
Haha you're crazy. I think this system has to get loud bass in traffic too😎
Yes!
I feel like I've grown up with Exo. Been a fan of him his channel since the beginning... Many years ago on my old TH-cam account
Pro tip for the wiper arm removal - back off the nut a couple of threads, pull up/out on the wiper arm, then give the nut a tap with a hammer, don't have to hit it too hard for it to come off.
Just wiggle it hard and use mallet if anything hammer to hard
Thank you, about to change my wiper motor, this will probably be useful info lol
Pro tip, just push down on the arm where it flexes 10-15 times
you literally have to press down on the hinged part and it will automatically loosen it
If you bend the wiper arm back where it hinges they usually just pop off without unnecessary force 👀
I'm from the island of jamaica,i follow all your vids and i believe that youre such a genuine person.aint no one can hate on you.
I could not agree more my friend. Sadly though there are too many hateful people on the Earth that we have to share our time on this planet...
Rasta bomboclottttt
Exo is nuts.In a good way!!!! His passion and knowledge is unmatched!!
I'm not risking my gaming PC to click on that typo! LOL!
On that wiper arm bracket I would add a 3/16" steel plate behind it that sandwiches the firewall.

For the windshield wiper repair: if those nuts back off, you should look into stainless rivnuts and locktite.
Such a great video. Have watched you for years and keep me wanting more. The full explaination of everything you do is so well thought out even when a mistake or miscalculation is made it's explained away and repaired. Love every second! Thank you!
Love that the build is ALIVE. Just a small suggestion: you’re gonna want loctite on that hardware.
The most genuine, hardworking, and respectful dude I’ve seen.

BOSS Audio did an armored money truck in 1999. There’s a video of it on Reddit but it might be found in other places too.
@@gregkrueger331 Correct.. I got to judge that truck in Atlanta at an Event at World Congress back then... They said its a major headache to acquire one of those trucks.. most cases they get crushed...
Look up Jamiz White from DemoKings on Facebook he's building one now
Great videos dude

You should try getting an aftermarket aluminium resevoir.

Love it! Damage report and upgrades all in one video.

Smart! Good idea
No. Hood down. Arms up. No beaty-beaty. No pullers. No bs.
So you teach people the wrong way to do it? Just bash it like an idiot. So what if the mecanism inside break?
@@jimmylundin4380 not talking to me. Right? I’ve never broke a wiper transmission assembly with my methods.

Ive been watching all your videos for years and im so happy to see your channel growing. Good luck fixing up your van!

If the future taking the wipers off open them up/lift wipers. The pivot point adds extra tension to it
Really looking forward to those door panels!
I always wondered what toll this took on a vehicle. Especially when your north of 150+. Thanks for sharing this.
Wow, that beautiful shop is so cluttered.
This is the first bass build I've followed, great system and it gives me tingles seeing them subs pushing air

Auyyyyy I use to watch you 14 years ago. Saw a sub woofer short and thought about you. My man still goijg strong. So crazy

Great video
You’re awesome
It happens to all of us, my friend. It's amazing what bass does to the vehicle with all that power.
You should add sound deadning in the windshield wiper motor area as well
Good work
This is next level stuff man. Congratulations on all your hard work!
I just finished my first ever install thanks to your tutorial videos and inspiration, thanks man
Hey bud looking forward to seeing ya in Springfield. Hope I get the privilege of seeing and hearing this beast. See ya in August.

Exo knocking the socks off and car parts! My main motivation for changing my bass up is you bud!
Exo left the building when that wiper arm went 😮 hope you didnt hurt ya self to bad
Your build has gave me so many ideas for mine along the way keep killing it bro love your energy
Hey bro I heard about the front suspension, glad to hear you're getting it sorted! Such an awesome build, Ill see you in August in Mo!
awesome!!’ look forward to meeting you one day!! lol as i was typing this you mentioned the sundown show. would love to see you there.
All that damage that quickly 😂 can't believe it! I'm pretty sure you've got the windshield thought too, I mean, you aren't even tuned yet 😅 love it👍
Make your way to Texas Heat Wave!
Can’t wait to see/meet you in Springfield in August at the GP show!!

Terimakasih teman sudah berbagi cerita, selamat beraktivitas tetap semangat dan salam sukses👍❤
Well done love to see a detailed look at the tuning side of the build. ( DSP ) .CHEERS FROM AUSTRALIA 🇦🇺
casualty of bass. if exo hasn't just come up with the name of a badass tune then i don't know
master cylinder - leave the show. that's a good one as well.
You are the KING. Much respect. If u add a layer of thin rubber between things when bolting, wouldn't it slow damage? Curious for my own small build on an old truck.

When you do the test . Watch your intake . Try to see if they have a aluminum replacement. Amazing build brother 👍
I need fans like that
Same man, those look pretty sweet. 😎👍
I worked for a glass place. It was so easy to take those off. All you have to do is lift. Open the wiper up and it'll pull right off.
Hey exo
Insane how much damage
But it was good to see before you let it rip and get it fixed
Great job on a monumental build
You read my mind about the PL Max, I would use it everywhere
Love the build man huge fan
Exo put deadner behind the dash and the firewall helped me out alot and gave me 6 tenths on the meter
Get a nutsert rivet gun for the wiper brackets. Yes I am typing as I am watching lol sick build
Do you think rivets would have worked? Thank for posting Exo always a treat seeing what you are doing next.
Amazing work Bruce
I look at you with admiration, sir!
I seen the video you did with bass cow...you were one of the people I was looking for there..I missed out big time
Awesome work brotha. Dang was hoping to get a demo in knoxville. Maybe next time
I absolutely love the build, my only change if any, there wouldn’t be a single nut and bolt installed without loctite and nylocks.
Oh yessssss..... I love getting exo notifications
Damn exo. You really over did yourself on this one. Damn man.

Take your rear leaf springs off and have a spring shop. Add a leaf get them off those rubber stops. It’ll ride better.
Love the build very epic 😎 can't wait to see how big a number it's going to do in a competition .
Yay!!! 😎. Fingers crossed driver side door.
Lol My four 12's loosen interior screws, EXO says hold my beer and breaks welds all over the place ha ha.
broooo just so your aware love what you did with [ Your A Strange Animal ] i flipped when i noticed hahaha
everytime you upload a video im like "ohhhh a new video from exo i have to watch it right now" :D
Good build
totally awesome dude. thanks for the share exo.
the fun has just begun indeed !
Watching u get that windshield wiper off was straight out of a cartoon bro 😂
Sooooo Badazzz.....All Love from my family to yours!!!!
It would have been cool to see this at the GP Car Audio show on August 10th
Nice that you fixed your wiper bracket.
When you take off the windshield wipers they come off easy when upright when they are down in operating position on the window it puts pressure and makes it way harder to take off
I appreciate your videos man, your really a inspiration!
Never thought we'd become auto mechanics when it started doing the car audio and now here we are.
