This cover was insanely good! The control with every hit, it really takes a lifetime to drum this speed with such precision. Seriously almost cried, not because i could never play this as clean and precise as he did, but it’s just so beautiful to see so much talent and years of devotion in less then 4 minutes. Even as a drummer I didn’t appreciate the drums enough. Zenith is just one of those bands that a whole song hits you and you don’t think about the parts. Thanks for this!

Back when the final album version came out I inquired if MP was still in the band (because I noticed he wasn’t in the band member credits) and they said something like “yes, but he’s super busy” so I always wondered what the deal was
This whole song sounds right off of Planetary Duality (yes I know members of that lineup are in TZP) but the section starting at 2:52 really sounds like an alternate take for the song Planetary Duality II

I saw an article about who would make a good replacement for Jay Weinberg in slipknot and you were on the list but i believe that you would be overqualified for the job. Joey was one of a kind and Jay is an amazing drummer but you sir are unmatched and would be dragged down by Slipknot. I am looking forward to the day i get to experience you play live which would be priceless.

This album sounds like if Facelees kept going with the same members after Planetary Duality. I fucking love it. Super snappy and tight playing with super exotic chords strewn throughout the whole thing. Just a really fresh tech death album.
That might be due to the fact that 3 of the 4 guys in TZP have been in The Faceless. Personally I think TZP definitely has their own unique sound but I can see the similarities. Both bands have put great music out nonetheless.
