The artful choice of the entire movie being green screen was made to represent the disparity between the higher budgets and the lower end budget of this movie. The casting of the detective from iron hero shows that all of these movies do build up to a cinematic universe where each character is developed just right so that they all complement each other. The seemingly random images placed everywhere depict a world in chaos where only the main hero, the amazing bulk, is strong and wise enough to save the day. It gives the audience a way to see how high the stakes are and simultaneously gives them something to hope for.
