I'm confused by all the negative comments...personally I think they did an amazing job! I did like the spiral staircase but the view they have is so much better
A lot of people lack taste. Before, the house was drab, outdated and not something that stood out, especially for a golf course home. Now it's gorgeous, updated and easily could get buyers. Apparently the people who are commenting seem to be okay with living in outdated and ugly homes, which is beyond me. I would buy this house in a second! I mean just look at those beautiful views that weren't there before. How could anyone turn that down?
the before looked hoaky and tacky. That grain of wood was disgusting, the granite looked cookie-cutter, and those tiles look as cheap as ever. The new kitchen looks much more classic, it has a touch of 70s vibes but is still contemporary, and the stark contrast between the black and white is so elegant.
The 2 things she loves the fire place and back splash are the 2 things I hated. Otherwise I like the make over, except the metal rods in the great room ceiling.
Love the renovation, especially the black wall behind the fireplace with the built in shelves, that kitchen with the tiles and the lights underneath the white cabinets, the view of the golf course, and the black French door that opens to the kitchen and living area. Although.. leaving carpet upstairs? Really? CARPET?
I think it gorgeous except it’s weird to me that there are two separate sinks in one kitchen and the dishwasher is not next to the main sink. Seems off.
I preferred the staircase before. The bathroom looked great, and there was a reason there were blinds in place... I wouldn't fancy every golfer staring into my house. People need to remember that you can see through the glass both ways. They took a fine home and made unnecessary changes.
the stone of the fireplace is way to modern.. I rather it be more of a natural stone instead of a grey color palette.. and those ebony/dark grey built-ins.. no.. it doesn't say living on a golf course to me..
I hate modern design. It's like, "Let's get rid of everything decorative, interesting, and made with real materials and replace it all with a plastic rectangle! Isn't it grand!" Also, let's get lots of windows right next to a golf course. Brilliant idea! I hope that they have good insurance!
I'm sorry, but I thought this was supposed to be a restoration. I personally don't like when people tear out the original character and craftsmanship like the original staircase. disappointed.
I'm all about character but that house had tacky character. Character I would leave is detailing on the ceiling, Wayne's coating, or a herringbone wood floor - even if it looks dusty and moldy - you polish the shit out of it. this house had carpet and ugly grain wood and a pastel yellow brick fireplace. Not to mention the house wasn't very old, the character you would leave is valuable ones from earlier, not 60s-90s - really just a bad time for houses in terms of style. I'm glad they turned the entirety of it around
They did an amazing job. I tend to ignore the people claiming, "oh, they messed up the character, and the old house looked better." Shut up. I find that miserable people will find something negative to say EVERYTHING. If they'd kept the "character" the same bums would be complaining that they didn't do enough.
"look at how tiny the master bath is!"
me: **stares at my 3x3 bathroom"
lol
Ikr they're lucky they have a bath and extra sink in that tiny space😂 I literally just have a standard sized shower sink and toilet
For the size of the house it was a tiny bathroom
Lmfao right
@@TheNonMakeupGuru it’s a joke. Take it.

Shreya Chaudhry : I like it too
Beautiful renovation!
THE MOST BEAUTFUL HOME I HAVE EVER SEEN IN BROKEN ARROW, OK!
lol...tiny bathroom?!?! rich people problems!
Arica Ben Hossen for the size of the house it was tiny
That is what I was thinking! Not tiny but small in comparison...
I for one loved the modern classic mix look the house looks beautiful!
Beautiful, unbelievable job. Love it
I LOV IT....THT VIEW...ITS AWESOME
WOW, That view is just beautiful, lots of work and cash, but still very nice.
Wow, they must really like staring at golf courses.
Trev L if my house had a view like that, you bet I'd stare at it. It's a beautiful view!!
😂😂 I know really! Why are they ripping out the fireplace
C Martin
To watch fat men drive by in golf carts.
More glass for balls to break through. Makes you feel like you're in the game.
fabulous job! I could move right in!
I liked the before, when it had Character. The before Kitchen was way better, that new back splash is an eyesore.
Wow, what a transformation!
Love it : )
This ABSOLUTELY brilliant!!!!!
I love everything they did except the kitchen! The before looked more classic and luxurious to me

thats used to be considered luxurious back in the day now it is very outdated and tacky
Waaaaaoooooo...jus beautiful
woah! the view really makes me gone crazy !!!!! this kind of video that I need =')
Superb. The only change I'd make is the fireplace...though it may look much better in real life.
Beautiful!!💗
Can you renovate the fact it’s in Oklahoma?
Beautiful
The 2 things she loves the fire place and back splash are the 2 things I hated. Otherwise I like the make over, except the metal rods in the great room ceiling.
stunning!
everyone of us have different taste
wen it comes to decorate their houses...overall, this house look decent n decor😊
Wow 👍🏻
that bathroom is bigger than my kitchen
oddsums : mine too. bahahaha
I love it!

I am curious how much a house like that would go for in Oklahoma?
Melissa Nelson below 300,000 $ I thinks
Anthia Ginoux not 300k, maybe 600k-700k
Here in California that house would go for 900K - 1mil in Oklahoma houses are cheap!
Big mistake removing that back stair.
The bathroom is tiny? In the uk people have bedrooms smaller than that and im not even exaggerating
Wait for all the stray golf balls to crash through the windows, then see what they think about the house !
No one has to use safety glasses while renovating? Beautiful job.
I think it gorgeous except it’s weird to me that there are two separate sinks in one kitchen and the dishwasher is not next to the main sink. Seems off.
What do they keep in all the bathroom cupboards!
Phyllis Douglas Cotton balls. Lots of them.
I preferred the staircase before. The bathroom looked great, and there was a reason there were blinds in place... I wouldn't fancy every golfer staring into my house. People need to remember that you can see through the glass both ways. They took a fine home and made unnecessary changes.
You can always hang up net curtains or add some blinds, not exactly a deal breaker lmao
It's amazing!
Noooo, don't take out the back staircase!
gorgeous
Wow.
That bathroom was tiny... Where the hell is your person that drys your hands supposed to stand? In the shower?
WOW!
the stone of the fireplace is way to modern.. I rather it be more of a natural stone instead of a grey color palette.. and those ebony/dark grey built-ins.. no.. it doesn't say living on a golf course to me..
my dream house
Why do they like holf so much?
Nice . But I like wood burning fire places.
Living in a public fish bowl. I am not sure I would like that.

The outside looked better before they re-did it
I would ruin the golf course by leaving the blinds open and taking a nap in my briefs. Enjoy golfers. :-D Hee hee
I like the windows, but using such modern style doesn't compliment the classic lines of the house. Very disappointed in what could have been done.
I like the layout after.. but I'm not a fan of all the white/light gray/and dark trim. That look get's old Needs more texture and trim.
They'll be ripping it all out in 15 years.
A lot of work, isn't it less expensive build a new house ? Then for me a house is made with bricks not wood !!
I'm sorry, but I thought this was supposed to be a restoration. I personally don't like when people tear out the original character and craftsmanship like the original staircase. disappointed.
Paul Batley it was a generic 90s McMansion anyway what original character did it have?
Looked '60s-'80s to me.
I'm all about character but that house had tacky character.
