Bloat is a nutritional disorder characterized by the accumulation of gases in the reticulorumen.when animals fed high concentrate and low roughage ration then they develop free gas for the bloat.bloat control products are proxalene or polyoxgethylene.

Probiotics are such type of feed additives that contain lactic acid producing bacteria,they decrease intestinal pH and kills harmful bacteria,whereas Prebiotics such as fructooligosaccharides increase beneficial bacterial population and helps in mineral absorption.

Very good lecture, Please correct me, as @ Time 08:46 Coloring Agents, Flavorings and Emulsifiers can not be used as feed preservatives or to enhance the keeping quality or long term storage?
Agreed due to reason it will not increase shelf life but keeping qualities includes its look, appearance etc.
Antibiotics in monogestric species increase the rate of grain and feed efficiency. They are mostly give at sub therapeutic level.
