Inspired me to capture some video of the guys bumpin through
the town to see the reactions of the locals and tourists.
Hopefully we'll get to do this again soon but a bit more polished; stay tuned!

Here in Cali, lowriders and hydraulics are pretty common. But sometimes I wish they weren't so common. That way people would react and appreciate them more in public the way the people do in this video.

lowriders really started in Tijuana BAJA CALIFORNIA MX, ALTA California, Texas, New Mexico. In any case, lowriders cropped up in these areas during the 30s and post-WWII era of the 1940s and 50s. They were particularly popular amongst young Mexicans& Chicanos, who adopted the art of rolling “low and slow” bajito y suavecito
