기존에 있던 틀을 벗어나 독보적인 여성 솔로 아티스트로써 노래와 랩 모두 가능한 그녀.
그 어느 때보다도 프로듀싱에 적극적으로 참여하였으며, 중독성 있게 반복되는 후렴구가 노래를 더욱 신나게 만든다.

제목[Trick or treat]처럼 할로윈에 아이들이 집을 돌아다니며
하는 말인 '사탕을 안주면 장난칠꺼에요' 라는 뜻이지만.
이곡에서 그레이스는 남자들의 마음에 문을 두드리며 마음을 안주면 장난치겠다는 의미로
남자들을 홀리고 다니며 마음을 훔치는 나쁜 말괄량이 여자로 둔갑했다
할로윈에 맞춰 발표하는곡인 만큼
돕하지만 아름답고, 다크하지만 섹시한
그레이스 만의 독특한 매력을 극대화한 곡이다.
