Maybe u can try cleaning helix piercing with saline water? When I got mine it took around 3 months to heal (while the lobe piercing I got on the same day was 3 weeks). At first my helix was very swollen & even had some liquid (yuckk!!) .. but it got better in 2-3 weeks after I sprayed saline water ard my piercing twice a day & cleaning it w a cotton swab

your hair looks amazing!!! change is always a good thing!! 🥰 and as for my helix piercings, they were a nightmare to heal!! they healed best with a 8mm titanium stud but the piercings with hoops kept getting caught on things and it would hinder the healing process😥

i have a helix piercing at the exact same spot on my right ear (from what I can tell lol..) it's been 3 months since I've gotten it and my flat helix I got at the same time seems to be healing much faster 🙃. I would recommend switching over to a stud earring if you haven't already. hoop earrings tend to move around a lot which isn't best during the healing process.

I got mine a year ago, also in august. It fully healed I think after 9 or 10 months. But I do have to say, it was also due to my carelessness. Took my piercings out twice, one or two months after getting it done, because I had to take scans twice for the removal of my wisdom teeth. I also never got my labrets sized down (still have to do it🙈).

I had my helix piercing also about 1 year and sadly it‘s still not healed yet. Since one mounth I‘m wearing a labret instead of the hoop and I think, it‘s better for the healing process …

the helix is hurting because you're touching it! try to keep your hands away from it as much as possible (even when its fully healed) :))
It took two years for mine to fully heal
my cartilage piercing took like 2-3 years to heal - it always had random flair ups too

Helix piercings are the worst, even after the first year , you can't sleep on that side, it hurts if you touch it more roughly, it's so cool but...I don't reccomend it:(
