    looks good. finally! looks like the project is coming together. Are you sure you don't need a/c there in florida?

      Thank you. I really appreciate it. If I was planning on using this as a daily driver I would want A/C. For my purpose it is just an extra failure point.

    How about some RTV in the track and then run it up fully till cured?

      That is a pretty good idea. My only hesitation is the mess if I have to pull the grass out for any reason

    I'm assuming the duct tape holding the glass to the bottom channel is temporary. I did the same thing. The manual says to glue the glass into the channel at final assembly and after painting complete.

      It may be permanent. I like the ability to be able to disassemble it fairly easily if need be with minimal mess
