Dear Jordan, you are promoting with a free ebook from brassmonkey how to do cold exposure and promoting a brand not affiliated with me. Please remove as this could potentially harm my mission as I do not have controle for people how to practice save. I gave you my full time not to bring my mission in danger. Thanks

by ONLY focusing on my helth and weelbeing.
now In only 28 weeks of mentally and heavy physicall training, i look at my old self like a sad headless chicken drowning slowly.
i got my life back, And so can you! its all there! just for you to take!.

its not HIS methodology. its cold therapy and breathing meditation, that outdate him by thousands of years. He is just someone who does them and managed to bring them to the mainstream via his story, and not because of any particular knowledge that he knows more than you or i.

I think it’s critically important to continue to include info that allows for the awareness that being hurt , hurts. It’s different for everybody. healing & capabilities are diff for everybody. Trauma, confusion, hurt feelings, damage, psychological, emotional, physical injury is real. And it takes the time it takes for each person to do what we are innately able to do: self heal. There is discovery, and recovery. Though we are resilient, we are also effected by things outside ourselves, especially as children. There is more to learn. I am very glad to learn of Wim Hoff ideas but I wish he would talk about the idea that it’s also powerful to just allow one’s self to feel what ever.

I think he has answers for people suffering that medicine and psychology do not.
These days, everyone wants the easy answer and to be told its ok to be lazy, wallow in self pity, to identify with and as their pain, instead of putting in the work to relieve themselves of it. The want to to be given a pill to make everything OK.
Yes it is true that is ok to feel pain and suffer. It's not ok to do nothing about it or to handle it in a negative way.
His methods give people RESILIENCE, something that modern humans are seriously lacking. Which is why so many of us are ending up depressed in the first place.
I think the greater risk is people wanting to use "it's ok to hurt" as a justification for avoiding doing the uncomfortable things required to make their life better.
If hurting was "ok", our subconscious wouldn't be so heavily programmed to avoid it all costs. We wouldn't take the desperate measures that we do to avoid it, like drink, drugs, avoidance behaviours etc.
Basically we've become pussies and cold therapy teaches you how not to be a pussy. It teaches you to embrace discomfort and use it to benefit your life.
      The scienctific evidence is irrefutable.
So ask yourselves - do you really disagree with what he's saying, or are you just telling yourself you do as an excuse to avoid making some uncomfortable changes in your life/routine?

I love it! Just coming from my too hot and then cold shower, as an autistic I always overdo what Wim says :D Again got very high on my own supply exaggerated the work :D:D This is also how I finished my generational trauma fom my ear chakras, boy that family never ever spoke loving words and it was passing on since eons. Literally had my own NDE (I had the real one before) consciously for two days in dark home, but because I overdid the work it was too intense release and I was like walking dead with thunder-claps in my brain, loud tinnitus, light and noise sensitivity and lucid things and my spirit leaving and wandering around our neighborhood anytime I put my head to pillow again FR. The only way I could count time was that bamboo water flow video that is ten hours. I would wake up when it ended and thats how I knew how many times have passed while I was unconscious and out of my body. I could drink and eat randomly, the body is so trained to be the mind so that runs the old program when even you are half way in it. There were a moments I thought I was going through something like vasospasm but I was too peacefull in my pain discharging outside I didnt mind the consequences and just let it happen. I dont believe in death, AGAIN. Last time NDE was unexpected but this time I understood and study the illusion of separation deeply. Hardest two days in my life and here I am; ADDICTED! From cry-princess to superwoman!

I feel for you. My mother suffered from the same thing for 6 years (was first diagnosed with erythroderma). Her skin was itching and flaking and burning all the time.ended up contracting blood lymphoma and ended up passing away from it. The only thing that helped her near the end was a drug called Campath. Unfortunately because she was on prednisone, it ended up destroying her immune system because they didn't monitor her properly. The campath stopped the itching and flaking. It was hard to see her suffer and I was living away from home. I wish I had know then what I know now. Fasting, elimination dieting like carnivore or keto and now the Wim Hof method. All of this I believe would have helped her tremendously and possibly even cured her. I don't know how you would be able to incorporate the ice baths with this condition but I think tolerating what cold you are able and doing the breathing. I wish you the best.

I did try his breath technique for a while. It does work in certain situations and creates a boost. But I can not suggest it as a daily routine over a long period, because it creates too much stress for the body. Ice tubs work as well, but only if a person starts doing it in a healthy condition ( I mean not having a cold or cough). Wim doesn't look younger or fitter over the years but goes through a rather normal aging process. Also, his face shows a lot of stress accumulated over the years.
