Well that explains a heck of a lot. When I was young, perhaps 5 or 6 years old, I was out with my father digging a hole to pot a plant, this was on the external part of a large field meaning I was wanting to pot a plant not in our garden …. goodness knows why, but kids are just kids and my lovely dad obliged and helped me. As I unearthed the top soil, I saw something squirming in the soil, I’ve never told anyone this because quite frankly I forgot, but my memory was jogged by your video. I can only best describe it as being in some sort of strange and nasty nest. The thing itself had multiple wriggling legs, reminded me of a small octopus but a bit slimier and without the suckers etc. I immediately knew I was looking at something that was inherently wrong and not ok, my soul just knew. I turned to my father and asked what the thing was, he couldn’t see it, I looked back and it had gone. You mention that these wetigo’s sometimes take on a squid like form? I’ve been a practicing witch for many years, started about 8 unintentionally, dabbled until about 14 then I’ve never looked back since. Hekate is also my mother, she picked me up when I was ready to give up due to relentless circumstances I didn’t feel I could control. She gave me my life back, I’m eternally grateful to her. Now, I know people may say that I was just a kid, imaginations running wild etc. I’ve even doubted myself and wondered if I had unearthed a nest of slugs or something. But here’s the thing. I know what I saw, no matter how many years I’ve brushed it under the carpet or tried to ignore it. I felt and still feel that there was something very symbolic about how this thing was just on the very border of our home, right up next to the fence. The earth between the fence and the garden was exactly the same earth. The fence was only kept up by a few panels here and there knocked into the earth, this thing could have easily gone under the gap and made its horrible nest thing in our home. But for some reason it couldn’t. Was there a budding witch living inside that home who, despite not knowing it yet, had protected that home? I used to find myself as a child doing all sorts of things by nature, later discovering I was naturally drawn to witchcraft and pagan beliefs. I also as a child had a demon grab my face and shove its tongue right down into my throat, making a horrid gurgling noise as it did. It was behind my bed and came from nowhere, clawed hands grabbing both sides of my face, I thought I was going to run out of air as my whole throat space was taken up with this long slimy tongue. That encounter lasted no more than 2 seconds but it will stay with me for life. This low vibrational thing was purple in Colour, quite bright purple actually. Since then I’ve never been interested in French kissing, and to this day I cannot use tongues when kissing my husband and have quite the aversion to spit. Again, you could say it was the imagination of a youngsters mind. But I tell you no, I know what I saw. I was wide awake and looking behind the bed for something which I stored there, aged about 11 or 12. But I digress. I’m keen to look more into the wetigo (or whatever the things are called) as I’d not heard of them until your video. Thank you for reading. PS: Could you make a video maybe how to discern when Hecate, Lilith or other deities are reaching out to you - how to discern if it is really the deity? I often read from people who encountered a negative entity which was masking itself as Lilith. I myself had an encounter with a trickster and demon in my youth which I was thinking for month it was a nice spirit guide but it wasn’t. Although I have a good intuition I often doubt myself when it comes to work with spirits. Out of fear it could be something else. So it is hard if you want connection but don’t know how to discern. Regarding the "wettigo" (sp) you discussed I recently cleared out a nest of entities that resembled these beings that was bothering a couple of my students. From whatI can tell they are opportunist parasites that lurk in areas rich in negative energy and attach themselves to people who get into proximity like ticks. The level of self-awareness seems variable and my guess is they start as animalistic reactive beings seeking food and fleeing danger but as they grow and absorb others energies that can evolve a sort of low cunning. I could imagine particularly smart ones working with human bad operators to lure in vulnerable newbie seekers to feed on.

According to Azlyn, the Infernal diety that taught it to me, its relationship to psychic vampirism is the equivalent of fermenting wine is to concept of rot. Fermination is a form of rot refined into positive techniques such as alcohol production and food preservation. Most people don't associate these with the negative qualities that they associate with decay.

I think you misunderstood my comment. I was saying, yes the alchemical transmution of negative energy is a form of applied energetic vampirism. But like the simple and mostly negative nature of rot for biological beings is through technique and refinement becomes a positive technique of food production, so to is mostly negative psychic vampirism refined into a positive technique of alchemical transmutation. So much so that like people don't call fermination "rot" to avoid negative associations, I don't call the transmutation psychic vampirism to also avoid the negative associations. But as you say, each to their own.
I have seen these before (being clairvoyant) I will see them in my room at night between 1-4am the squid, tentacle things and it’s as if they are watching me and some try to go into me but vibrationally they can’t stay in me. I do believe Hecate helps me greatly dealing with them and I do mix (multiple) elixirs at night before bed for example Pennyroyal and Angelica are just a few of many I keep in my body to prevent them from latching on inside of my chakras. I also listen to frequency I had custom made I do not trust getting them from just anyone! The frequency is vibrationally very high which causes them to do more (staring) than entering.

Looked up Levy's explanation of Wetiko. It sounds like a alternate defination of what I have heard referred to as "the false light".
