umm... buy new ears. Because it's clearly changed. The uploader exchanged his voice from the video for the in-game speeches. Lol.
True, my bad, actually I didn't know it was him doing the announcer for Shaolin Monks, I was comparing it to MK 2 and 3.
It is true it isn't from the games... but it isn't live either. They add reverb on it in a studio and shit. So at the very least what he was saying in this video was manipulated afterwards... which is sad... I'd love to hear how "finish him" sounded before they mixed it up.

Before Shao Khan he was also the voice of Black Knight on the Black Knight 2K pinball machine. Medieval Madness pinball table also features him saying "Fatality" on some shot.

people with FAKE comment STOP already. he, actually, IS the man with the voice....but they have played it back WITH effects, so you can really hear him out. As original. because, uncompressed voice, without proper equalization and reverb over it, WILL NOT sound good enough.
This is still fake. If that was his live voice you could at least reverb and ambient sound. With effects you are giving the excuse that using sounds from the game is a good, when in this case it isn't. Stop it.
