Well executed tutorial Emil! As a photography instructor myself, I like your low key, straightforward delivery. You explain the relevant features of Snapseed brilliantly! Keep up the good work. :-) Cheers from Montréal
Wow this is so awesome. Thank you so much. I am so glad to have this app explained by someone who actually knows the game and not some Instagram selfie addict. Thank you so much.
This tutorial was fantastic. I’m a novice with photography, but love design and colour contrast etc. and use this constantly in my line of work .You’ve explained this process in layman’s terms and I’m so thankful. !!!

As always, a great video. I noticed the histogram at the lower left corner of the screen. You chose not to mention it, probably to keep this introduction simple, but from my PhotoShop Elements experience I found it helps you see just what is being enhanced and what is being lost. Do you address it in other videos?
We do cover that topic in our full course. We have a dedicated video that talks about the histogram and how to read it. Feel free to check out our full course here: iphone.to/iea-s
I have the most trouble with blues. For example, current photo I would like to have it be more turquoise than medium blue. Which is how my original watercolor painting works Hoping you can advise. Thank you.
Hi there, To adjust the blue tones in your iPhone photo to make them more turquoise, you can use the Color Adjustment tool in Lightroom Mobile. It is a powerful tool that will help you to only adjust the colors you want independently. If you wish to learn this and many more editing tips, we recommend signing up for our iPhone Editing Academy course. You get lifetime access for a one-time fee and can take it at your own pace. Excellent tutorial. I shoot mostly with MFT camera save to iPhone and use Snapseed to process my photos. I find it good enough for my needs as a enthusiast photographer. Any tips on Snapseed and portrait processing?
Using the Selective tool in Snapseed will allow you to have full-control on your editing. We highly recommend you check our iPhone Editing Academy course where we cover Snapseed in detail. It also includes an editing workflow for portraits. Here's the link to learn more: iphone.to/iea-j
@@iPhone_Photography_School Yes I understand that and still follow your content, enjoying each and every one. In the camera on Iphone 13 there is a x3 now and I was wondering what you thought of it. I have been playing with the time lapse but still haven't found a good enough day or sun set to get the shot I want sadly. Keep up the good work and I will continue to watch.
Can anyone please help? I’m an old dude and working on my phone is difficult. Is it possible to download Snapseed onto my PC without introducing a virus? My PC screen is easier for me to see. We have an upcoming trip soon and I’d love to be able to edit on my PC. Thank you in advance. Really appreciate detailed information for a dummy like me
Hello, It is not possible to use Snapseed on a Desktop. The app was built for mobile devices only. If you like to edit mostly on your computer, we recommend Lightroom. This software also offers a mobile version. You can edit your photos from anywhere!
I love taking photos with my iPhone...distance views and the changing moods of the sky in particular. Come check them out on my short video for some inspiration!

Perfect
Can it be downloaded in iPhone SE 2020?
Absolutely! :) Look for Snapseed in the App Store.
Thanks a lot for explaining everything so clearly!
Aren't these features already built in on the iPhone? Or is Snapseed a superior application?
Snapseed offers some features that the iPhone's editing suite is still missing, like selective adjustments. :)
You're a star...
Did you get an iPhone 13 max pro yet, I'd like to see tutorials on that particular phone pls.
Currently, we don't have recorded videos with the iPhone 13 models. However, the techniques we teach in our courses are applicable to all iPhones :)

Snapseed :)
Big fan from india...
Thank you so much, very very helpful!
Why don’t you use the editor that comes with the phone?
Snapseed is a powerful editing tool. It offers features that the built-in editor does not have :)
Love watching your tutorial. Thanks Emil

We are editing JPEG images in this video. But yes, Snapseed can edit RAW files too.

the default iPhone editing functionality has all these.. arent you better off using them..?
The controls on Snapseed are more precise and tend to get a better result.
Wait.. You teach iPhone photography course but you are giving away most of the content away for free. Thank you for your kindness.
There's a lot more exclusive videos in our iPhone Photo Academy course. :)
Looks like they copied the settings iPhone already has installed.

Very redundant
This guy is great. It's a great shame he is afflicted with the hideous American phenomenon of vocal fry !
